With this being a solid poured slab, can you share how you stub in your plumbing and electric? LOVE this detailed series BTW!

We are not stugging the plumbing or electric in the floor. We are adding an addition about 20 x 30 to the back which will have a bathroom, mechanical room and kitchen area with a long table for family dining. The addition will have a second smaller area floor that will have another bathroom. Easier to deal with this way.

The people you hired didn't know what they were doing, either. Or, they didn't care. Backfill not packed or even very level, they slipped the form up, so it wasn't done in one pour and you could have a cold joint, and it doesn't appear as though they added any rebar. Definitely none in the pad, not even mesh. If it's for a house, electric, water, and sewer lines should've been stubbed in, it'll be a PITA now.

They used flaskes....the mesh was added on the second level where we have it set up for radiant heat in the floor. We are building an addition that will have room to house the mechanics. In retrospect...they were the best....agreed.
