Very informative review. You are always very articulate and honest. I am still doing research on Ebikes because I want to get one badly. This one is awesome! The easy feature of lifting the seat up to access the battery is awesome and there are so many other great features too! I am positive you will have so many wonderful adventures with it! That bike is similar to mine but has several valuable upgrades - front suspension, way better handle bars, easier-to-remove battery, higher top speed, longer range, and better front headlight. All for just $100 more than I paid for mine. Even though I'm very happy with mine, if this one had been on the market at the time (two years ago) I would have bought this one instead.
Rewatched - this is a fantastic bike! Apart from the seat discomfort, I think Hiboy has absolutely perfected the entry-level, compact eBike. Can't really think of anything else that would make it better, it's really a class above my first-gen Lectric XP Step-thru. The Lectric is a great bike, but there's just so many improvements to the Hiboy that make it more refined and comfortable, especially for longer rides.
@@melissacortez8792 it can, and I'm shopping for a new one now. You do need to find one with clearance for the lever that tilts the seat to remove the battery though.

What is your suggestion for riding off road style ATV trails? Would you prefer larger diameter wheels or the smaller diameter wheels like this bike has? I seem to think the larger wheeled, mountain bike style bike would be better for those type of conditions. Thanks for any input!

I dont have the bike any longer (sold to a friend). They are around 5'2 and they manage fine on it.

In my experience the larger wheels with suspension do best for rugged trails. My Hovsco HovAlpha is what I use for harder terrain.

This one is more comfortable. P6 is better for rougher terrain.
Question. Does the key stay in while riding ?? It says take the key out in the manual but that doesn’t work lol.
It stays in when locked to power it on.
