- Delhi Jaipur Highway or NH48 is a 242-kilometre-long (150 mi), eight-lane, Highway, connecting Delhi with Jaipur in India.[3] It starts from Kherki Toll Plaza in Gurugram and terminate near Daulatpura Toll Plaza at Jaipur.[4]
Several Industrial Model Township(IMT) were developed along the highway in 1990's, four in Haryana at Manesar, Pataudi, Bawal and Dharuhera Industrial estate, and five in Rajasthan at Bhiwadi, Behror, Kotputli, Shahapura and Chomu.

Recently I was travelling on Nh 48 (Mumbai-Pune-kolhapur strech) experienced lot of traffic halted at tolls. Even though there are more than 15 booths per side still this was d condition. Don’t know how v r going to manage this traffic in comming 10-15 yrs

Rajan Bhai, Thanks for visiting Death Road starting from 9:30 to toll. At least 4 accidents are confirmed daily sometimes with loss of life. Service lane always used as free parking for trucks. All flyovers are very bumpy and major reason for accidents, 30 minute travel distances takes around 1:30 hrs daily. Reparing, Dwaraka expressway will not improve anything on it. We need RRTS, Elevated Road. @inderjeet @modi @haryanaCM @nitingadkari all are sleeping from last 10 years.This Govt is useless.
