The running is your own fault, if you use a weapon with demoralising or radioactive (which also demoralises) they will often run. Need to find weapons without radioactive :)
I got a Va’Ruun inflictor legendary that had a one inch punch mod. I got it at level 47 I think, it’ll clap level 98 bosses in two or three shots. I was on one of the Fermi moons and a forgotten military base spawned, I didn’t even have to change my mag, to them all out.
you actually need to check the low level enemies and the locked rooms here , 3* weapons and suits are also dropped with low level's . best suit i found is phys resist 240 just sat in a box and not legendary .
There is a boss chest, right under the room where you were sniping at the level 84 elite. I've missed it running through that dungeon. @@deanpogaming Edit: Dur, nevermind. I should have finished watching. Lol.
12 hrs over 4 days jumping around lev 75 moons and lots of rare weapons but can not find a level C ship to take , all that lands are A + B ships after many reloads still no C ships but had to laugh today as VA' RUUN boss i was killing vanished but the gun stayed shooting back at me
Ok, finally found it. Before I found it though, I found 6 abandoned mech factories and 4 abandoned farmceutical facilities. A shame you can’t bookmark POIs on a planet/moon.
that starshard with a couple of mods, wont find a better pistol, now you just gotta get some skill points to increase power but every point will make a difference especially in the combat tree and you'll feel it more as normally one will be changing guns all the time in the early stages and the extra 10 or 25% isnt noticed you just got a better weapon.....in your case its weapons first so any personal skills are instantly noticed as thats all that will be improving your guns/dps .....be good to hear as you do level up what skills are benifiting you most given such a strange start. im sure there wont be comerce or anything like that needed at any stage
Going to spec in I think ship and combat. I will definitely show case it =]… but I think given my current ship can run over everything I think combat is the way to go
what planet are you on? I found a base full of these enemies yesterday on huygens had 3 50 elites and one 84 and one 72 elite all blues . Did finally find a a 99 rifle on a rack with cracked stats 189 dps lego with all the good stuff.
RNGsus is working there, it has nothing to do with the location 🤫 And: it is not just the level of the system, your level influences the spawned opponents and the drops.

too low level at the moment, haven't unlocked lock picking yet =).. But definitely you have a valid point there

Not really a waste of time killing the varuun enemy's as lots of them carry particle fuse ammo.

I thought they ran from intimidation on the weapons effect as well as radiation, etc..

seems va'ruun are very prone to running in combat I end up chasing them down unless its indoors or on a ship.
