Repeat few times and if it doesn‘t work, probably it has an MDM software on it. In this case, this method won‘t work🙁

If it goes in recovery and there is no wipe data option, it is done in a diferent way, it might need a software or unlocking tool.

Yes, password and data! You still need to remember your google ID if you had one associated with the tablet..

In my samsung tablet there is no factory reset option.
As it is given by government they have put restrictions and I forgot password how should I reset it .
Should I try to put a new android version to my tablet. Or something else??

I don’t understand exactly what you mean but if buttons are faulty it would need to be repaired first. Otherwise it should work.

Nope, only removes your pin or pattern, you will have to remember your google account details or, find other ways…
