I've been running a 4pc woth chest and BP with contractors and picaros. 3 blues and mainly weapon handling with tech specialization. I stay in cover most of the time. I'm not a big solo player but this has served me well on heroic though i dont melt through enemies like some other high crot builds. I mainly use a LMG with high RPM like the Negev with frenzy and the rock and roll with crusader shield to build stacks
just made build ran straight through legendary but switch builds once for team support then back to this. love decoy but pulsing out the door is nice deco6 much needed

I love heartbreaker, my 2c: Try a memento backpack instead of coyote or catharsis masks, it will provide not only 30% amplified damage but also even more bonus armor and weapon damage on kill. If you have a Chamaleon AR for PVE, it's also better building stacks (higher rpm), and its multiple talents melt targets. You'll need headshot first to pulse enemies but it does worth it
memento is kind of weird for legendary’s since it’s hard to run and pick up stacks when you die in 3 bullets, it ends up with 50 trophies laying on the ground to pick up once everyone’s dead lol
@@mason3615 Memento useful talent is the long term 30% weapon damage amplification, that alone is in line to heartbreaker backpack talent, but those stacks last forever while you keep killing enemies. Not to mention you gain blue, red and yellow cores with it. I agree the short term buff, as you mention, is minimal, that's not its true power. Memento is outstanding

If you only aim at the head there is no need to use the technologist's pulse sight and you can use another more useful specialty instead. But it's a matter of having more ability to aim
I'm going to use this, running a ceska instead of grupo. Get myself to 50 min chc ... Especially if they're hitting 1 mil plus. Grupo you gain 15% vs normal 12%. Ceska is 10% vs 6 (almost double the normal attribute)...i used to run grupo because everyone said to. Been ceska gang for my last 10k shd
i just recently return to div2 and somehow i change my heatbreaker set all of them into a weapon damage core. my skills is pulse and decoy. i have another heartbreaker set and i will follow your setup and compared it to mine. ps: shooting a warhound or any other tanks enemy is fun while using heartbreaker set, basically your armor never goes down 🤣
@sword gaming question why not use the heartbreaker backpack instead of the heartbreaker chest peice, because both by themselves give a 100% bonus, one does it by increasing the stacks and the other does it by increasing the percentage, if you used the heartbreaker backpack you could use a grupo chest peice with obliterate or i think the name of the chest talent is spotter that amplifies damage against pulsed enemies, which would increase damage just a little more with out sacrifing armor
@mrthabeast1985 she's running that backpack specifically for the crit damage from the set. Other then that she should be wearing the chest piece and backpack. Because according to your math 25% beats out 200%..... who needs to go back to school? Because last I checked 200 is bigger then 25😂💀

@@runnerpsustrange. Mine was working fine a few weeks ago when I last used it. As long as they're pulsed using the linked laser pointer it should work. Though I wouldn't be surprised if something has gone wrong with it again since the latest update like everything else

Grinding Jeffersons on challenging and it just won’t drop. I got her exotic AK though, I’ll take it… but I’m struggling so hard getting the mask to complete this.
I prefer to use the back pack or a fenris with bloodsucker and have a ceska chest with intimidate. Found intimate does more damage than the heartbreaker chest
Yea id rather run spotter or intimidate on the chest than Vig on the BP Youre already pulsing everything, and the Vig is going to be interrupted by taking hits.
Love this it's EXACTLY what I've been looking for. One question and forgive me since I'm returning to the game after a long hiatus but would the St. Elmo work as well as kingbreaker? I have both but I actually love the St.elmo it's my go to weapon in many cases! But again thanks I've been searching for a good legendary build.

Instead of king breaker can I go st Elmo? I tried heart breaker before but with catharsis mask, it didn’t work for me I went back to striker, I’ll try it build let’s see how it goes.
with elmo you either have to hit headshots or pulse with skills, kingbreaker can use the technican laser which pulses on aim and has a talent for dmg on pulsed enemies (and because its a named AR the talent is better than an unnamed)
I don't remember how I did it but I think having the spec active and choosing your weapons buffs then should work. Don't route me I haven't moved any point around in that spec for a long time but never put it in rifle

Well, im at a loss, i got nearly the same stats, only missing 12% of chd, i can't even get past the 1st group. I know im a moron, but if Heroïc is normal stuff, this should be difficult, not impossible, i dont understand what i do wrong, except not getting my stacks up, because either they dont come to me, near the door or i go to shoot and die in a hail of minitank bullets and grenades. thnx for the vids, but im a noob aparently.
Lots of vets have shown that 40% chc is just too low for Coyotes. You need 50% (BRO Clan recommended) to 55% (Fog of War and Plum Conch). The numbers don't lie. Personally, 40% is too low for me.
There are, but tech builds are for cowards. You probably want to play something else: Using a skill build in a third person shooter instead of actually shooting your targets is not right
Mate, I used skill builds all the way to level 1,500. I was having too much fun to try anything else. For my next 1,500 levels, I moved to strikers and absolutely love them both. Skill build : look up Dod BRO Skill Build. It's the hardest hitting skill build for your gun, plus has the skills at tier 6. You can have a striker hybrid, but will take a bit of farming. 4 piece strikers, with bag, all rolled to skill damage. One Wyvern, one Picaros rolled yellow with skill damage (from the BRO skill build) . Technician. Essentially, take the BRO skill build and swap out Empress and one more of choice. Skill builds, turret and drone, I love them. They distract the ads while I can shoot with my Capacitor.
What does it take for people to understand that when you’re referring to the device that holds ammo in almost every semi automatic weapon the term is NOT clip. These are magazines
I love your build guides, but heartbreaker doesn't work nearly as well as advertised lol. It's incredibly dependent on the acs 12, and even then you will spend all your time trying to maintain stacks. Even with a scanner pulse on this build, I have 0 stacks almost always. Squishy even on challenging and heroic...

I run this exact same build all red. Try it with the "Dare" LMG. Its makes you say, "striker who?". No joke 2M crit hits at 750rpm with bonus armor.
Also run chc on the weapon since this build is so hungry for it.

Nice ❤ I had heartbreaker set however will have to farm to try it out. Reason for deleting was the gearset was not generating armour for some reason.

@@fikxt7989 Yeah, closer is another option, but Heartbreaker chest double the stacks, so it's both more damage and bonus armor

I like to use 4 piece heartbreaker, with Nightwatcher mask and contractors gloves allowing me to pulse almost non stop.
Where should I farm the heartbreaker set? I got lucky and got st Elmo’s in summit… looking to use it it this set.

40 does alright but keep it less then 60 like around 50 and you are golden with coyote.
Idk where everybody is getting this idea but for heroic content 40% crit chance is perfectly fine
