Under Armor would benefit from using drop in midsole tech.

@Proxy The new Lining JB1 are like if the Curry 8 and 808 V2 Ultra had a baby. Foam soles with Boom dropped in. Outta my price range tho.
You should definitely go at least half size up. Both my big toenails fell off after playing in the curry 8’s one time, then I went full size up with 2 socks and never had a problem since. Fantastic shoes.
Thank you!! someone else is finally having a toe busting experience that the recent curry's are producing lol.. The only shoe it has been bad is the curry 4 flotro with the exception of the white n pink colorway-I think its because of the synthetic upper.
The flow tech is good, no need for drastic changes. If only the Kobe 9 outsoles were kept in the succeeding models with slight modifications, it would have been great. But then again, people will complain if there are no significant changes between models.
Played in the curry 1 flotro absolutely loved it over the Lebron 20 and the KD 15 I think flow is great if you want the court feel and light cushioning
I wouldn't change a thing about the Flow cushioning. It's fine the way it is.

toenail also came off in the 8's had a size 12 and went up to 12.5 in the 10s now hoping to not destroy my toes
Same thing happened to me with the 8’s , busted my right big toe .. playing indoor only … outdoor was fine .. getting a size up next time
The traction is too good Sam. I totally understand, I twist my ankle twice on the curry 9. No, I didn’t turn my ankle, I just stopped really hard, and my ankle was injured within the shoe.
I have no idea how steph plays in them. I mean we play on good courts and this happens to us lol at worst he plays on prestine clean nba courts which only makes the stopping power much more potent how that guy doesnt get hurt is beyond me!!
love the traction but I had the same issue with my toes and the cushion

Tbh, UA should do a drop-in insole with this flow tech.
Also asking if you've any news on the re-release of curry 2? I'm kinda confused in the pics. of the UA site (SEA) because it doesn't say speedform anymore.

Even tho the 8 is similar to the 9, I think the 9 was way better. Curry 8 sizing was so messed up it messed up my feet and have heard the same from other reviewers. Would’ve been nice if the 10 had something unique about it

Flow Tech, maybe old / boring but it performs really well,
and that's what really matters a hoop shoe that works according to your playing style.

I have the 9s and they perform really well but just for the first month or so… after then, the flow started to scramble particularly in the forefoot area. Be careful with your choice, especially If u are a shifty guard, in that case you may need to buy currys each 2 months

Played on dusty court and must wipe often but sticks after wipe.
funn ything is same thing happened. My toenail came off injured myself. Finish of my LA fitness court for the Curry 9 is terrible for it. I can't wear it. I was out a month from the toe injury.

Man i have the currys 8 and im having a terrible traction problem with these, the court i play on is a lil dusty, but still, i dont know how to increase the traction! otherwise the currys 8 would have been perfect for me

Its even worse going up half a size cause now you have more room for forward motion which in turn increases the impact!!
That really depends. As long as the shoe locks down your heel and foot properly, a half size up would almost certainly benefit toe crunching issues. If the shoe has poor lockdown to begin with, then too much room would be a bad thing.
@@jakej722 i went up half a size and it was worse the lockdown wasnt great enough to keep my feet from sliding and toes from slamming into the frame of the toe box or front of the shoe whichever way you want to call it lol. I cant hoop at all in the 9s!!

Going from the 8 to 9 felt like just enough changes to justify it.. this just looks lazy. It's almost identical and they didn't even release the 9s in many non- sesame street colorways did they? I like these shoes i just don't see the point of their 6 month shelf life if they're not changing anything

Don’t get me wrong I love the curry shoes but I wish they’d take a huge turn and make a completely different model. They’re focusing tooo much on curry’s liking and makes it repetitive for the fans, I don’t even get why they decided to make a new shoe when it’s the same 😂
😂 its his shoe line. Of course they will focus to his liking. If it doesnt perform to his liking then it may translate to his game and can affect their sales.
