THEN THE GOVERNMENT SWOOPS IN AND TAKES IT. CORPORATIONS AND RICH COMPANIES ARE BAD BUT YOU DON'T WANT TO BE RULED BY A GOVERNMENT THEY ARE HORRIBLE.
THESE CORPORATIONS DON'T OWN YOU, WHEN GOVERNMENTS TAKE OVER THEY OWN YOU.
IN AMERICA IT'S PRETTY BAD FOR THE POOR AND LOWER CLASSES, BUT THE GOVERNMENT CAN'T JUST COME AND TAKE EVERYTHING YOU WANT UNLESS YOU BORROWED MONEY AND DIDN'T PAY BACK.

There is a Natural law, popularly known as the 80/20 principle. It's a natural law because till now it has always manifested itself in all fields of Reality. And one of the fields is Economics. The minority of the population will always hold the Majority of wealth and the Majority will always own the minority of wealth. Carl Marx observed this in all Capitalistic economies and created a system he thought would avoid this major flaw. And Marxism did just that. No longer did the 20%(or less) own 80% of wealth. Now, only 1% owned almost everything.
In short, a state will always be divided into a small number of rich and a large number of poor. Why? It's a natural law. How? I don't know.

@@rajatsinghbhandari9549 How? The possible answer is that the human intelligence varies and the range of this variation is quite large.
Also there are different types of intelligence. Not all of them are equally effective to pruduce goods and services. For example a man with higher interpersonal intelligence is good at understanding and interacting with people. So he has a better potential to create an industry than a man with higher philosopical intelligence.
Now it will be very stupid and unjust to forcefully bring them at a similar economic class. The person who can produce more for the society will earn more that's the right thing to do.
And many brilliant person will remain poor just because their intelligence is not able to generate that much for others.
And wealth is nothing but cumulative income of multiple generations. Wealth didn’t come from sky.
One valid arguement is that why people should inherit the total property of their parents. Its true that incompetent people get lucky this way without having any real ability. This is the thing i don’t understand. Should a person have wealth which he could not earn otherwise?

    • @rajatsinghbhandari9549
      @rajatsinghbhandari9549 4 ปีที่แล้ว

@@Lonestar10443 Yeah, I agree that inequalities are natural and equality is impossible and that explains why the 80/20 rule applies to Humans. But that doesn't explain why it works elsewhere, like space or nature.

Because most parents love their children and want them to live an easy life and money helps with that.

Stalinism as an ideology doesn't properly exist; in fact Stalin himself was not a "Stalinist," but a Marxist-Leninist. The band's journey began when Brian May and Roger Taylor, who were part of a band called Smile, met Freddie Mercury. Mercury, a fan of Smile, encouraged them to experiment with more elaborate stage and recording techniques. He joined the band in 1970 and suggested the name "Queen"¹. John Deacon was recruited in 1971, completing the classic lineup¹.
Queen's self-titled debut album was released in 1973, but it was their second album, "Queen II" (1974), that first charted in the UK¹. Their third album, "Sheer Heart Attack" (1974), and the subsequent "A Night at the Opera" (1975), brought them international success. "A Night at the Opera" featured the iconic "Bohemian Rhapsody," which stayed at number one in the UK for nine weeks and helped popularize the music video format¹.
The band's 1977 album "News of the World" contained the anthems "We Will Rock You" and "We Are the Champions," which have become staples at sporting events worldwide¹. By the early 1980s, Queen was one of the biggest stadium rock bands in the world. Their 1980 album "The Game" included hits like "Another One Bites the Dust" and "Crazy Little Thing Called Love"².
Queen's performance at the 1985 Live Aid concert is often regarded as one of the greatest in rock history¹. Despite Freddie Mercury's declining health due to AIDS, the band continued to produce music. Mercury's last performance with Queen was in 1986 at Knebworth, England¹. He publicly revealed his AIDS diagnosis on November 23, 1991, and passed away the following day¹.
After Mercury's death, Queen released one more album featuring his vocals, "Made in Heaven" (1995). John Deacon retired in 1997, but Brian May and Roger Taylor continued to perform together, often collaborating with other artists. Since 2004, they have toured as "Queen +," with vocalists Paul Rodgers and later Adam Lambert¹.
Queen's influence on popular culture is immense, with estimated record sales ranging from 250 million to 300 million, making them one of the world's best-selling music artists¹. Their music continues to inspire new generations, and their legacy as one of the greatest rock bands of all time remains unchallenged.

Communism is only a Philosophical (and Economic), Theory, framed within UTOPIA. U have heard of Communism, but you DO NOT know what Communism is. You don't know the good Communism has done to the US people. To understand it, you should see with careful eyes what Capitalism is. Without the appearance of Communism, you would be living within an entirely Capitalist Gov’t System (I said System, and not Model), and you would not have benefits for work, like these: SRSW (Special Rights of the Specialized Worker); a fair salary, rewards and compensation, health coverage and accidents; Social Security, retirement, paid vacations, 8-hour days, 2-days off. Nursery and maternity... you would have nothing. NO Right to protest and demonstrate, and even less, the Right to Strike. The US has all that and it is thanks to the Theories of Communism. Look here: Communism is an Economic Model, and NOT precisely a Gov’t System. [* Government System, or Political System are: Monarchy; Dictatorship; Theocracy, Republic and Democracy. The Economic Models are: Capitalism, Communism, Socialism (which can also be a Political System), Free Market (which leads to Imperialism or Liberalism), Mixed Economy, and, Centralized Economy. The Government System, GOVERNMENT. The Economic Model, ADMINIST or Manage the resources of a Country]. Well then. Communism is an Economic Model that up to now has NOT been applied anywhere on the planet. Why? Cuz Communism is INAPPLICABLE. Communism is a Utopia impossible to impose. It is a wonderful dream. It is a great Theory but, in reality IT DOES NOT WORK. For you to understand, there is a comparison. Communism is like Christianity. As you should know, Christianity is based on charity, kindness, tolerance, and self-denial. In good thoughts and best deeds but, it is IMPOSSIBLE to achieve that. Nobody is a good Christian. We are envious, violent, cheating, or self-righteous. Nobody turns the other cheek; no one keeps the Ten Commandments. The idea is good, but it is Inapplicable. Well, the same thing happens with Communism. The Theory it is Inapplicable too. Only two countries have declared themselves Communist: The USSR and China. (Now, at this moment, and since the events of Tiananmen Square (1989), China is an Open Economy. But since the Theory of the Communist Economic Model is an Unapplicable Utopia, today neither China nor Russia are Communists. And what was left of Communism? SOCIALISM. Today, Norwegian, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Germany, Austria, France, Luxenburg, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece and 33 of the 35 countries of the American Continent are Socialists. The US Democratic Party is Socialist. Even Socialism, due to its scope and application, can be considered a Political System. Socialism, being a Model, can work with the Monarchy, the Dictatorship, or with Democracy. Works well with all Systems, as long as CORRUPTION is eradicated, Communism is a Utopian Theory that cannot be applied in reality. The consequence of the Communist Economic Model is SOCIALISM. What is the difference between Communism and Socialism? (Apart from the fact that one is Inapplicable and the other is not, since Socialism does apply throughout the world). The answer is: PRIVATE PROPERTY. (But NOT PERSONAL PROPERTY). In the Communist Economic Model, the MEANS OF PRODUCTION are in charge of the State. In Socialism, Private Property and ALL the Means of Production (Or almost all), are in the hands of private companies. Norway, for example, has a Mixed Economic Model, but it is SOCIALIST. Where does this information come from? The true fact that in Norway Medical Services, Education, Transport, Social Protection, Funeral Services , Assistance to Vulnerable Sectors, etc. belongs to the State. And there is even more. In Norway, Banking Services are REGULATED by the State. Banks are NOT owned by the State, but the State regulates them cuz it knows very well what the Capitalists are capable of if they are not closely watched. Do you know why André Rieu offers a mega concert every year in Norway? Cuz Culture is in the hands of the State: Zoo, Museums, Theater, Music, Literature, Dance, Plastic Arts, Performing Arts, etc. Everything is paid by the State. Young people under 18 and adults over 60, do not pay anything, it is covered by the State. Norway IS Socialist. And Why is Capitalism mortally opposed to the Theories of Communism? Because Communism exhibits Capitalism in all its ferocity. Cuz it exposes the savagery of their methods. Capitalism puts above all, economic gains. Here it doesn't matter if all the trees in the Amazon jungle are cut down, as long as they make a profit. Here it doesn't matter if the land, the water in the rivers, or the air we breathe is depleted or poisoned, as long as we make a profit. Here it doesn't matter if the worker is exploited, as long as they make a profit. Capital gains are lost by paying the Worker's Rights. That is why Capital seeks workers outside the US. In Asia, in Pakistan, in India, in Latin America. There, where the Unions do not "bother" and the Workers can be Enslaved for $7.80 an hour... Or less.

from what I understand, this is a pretty good explanation. for a more concise definition, I would define socialism as a system where the workers own the means of production. I would define communism as a system where the workers own the means of production and collectively decide the means of distribution. when an elected official subverts the power away from the people due to their greed, the country may become economically nationalist (if you could say nationalism has any sort of economic system in the first place), where the government controls production and or distribution but is not representing the workers and people.

The ONLY WAY these children of elite, non-royal birth could ever hope to hold power in an era of kings and queens was to build an army based on false promises and lies, to get them to fight the ruling class in power and install them as supreme. That's what happened in Russia AND China, and nearly every nation that calls itself 'Communist' all over the world.
The 'mantras' and 'manifestos' are for what Lenin called the "Useful Idiots". The lies and deceptions required to build an army on false promises and make them willing to fight and die to put these rich elite children into power.

So when one hears; "Critical Race Theory" or other "Critical ____ Theories", it's all an attempt to destroy the normative; to destabilize and bring down the current system while building an army of 'party faithful' to fight the 'good fight' for them so they can take what they believe is their rightful place in power over the masses. Regarding the idea of abolishing private property in a communist system, 'private' property does not mean your personal property -- I thought it did at first, but this is a common misconception. It means property owned by private companies, not property owned personally by citizens. So, for example, your house, car, pet cat, refrigerator and gold tooth wouldn't suddenly become everyone's, they would still be 100% yours.

Why is political greed more noble than private economic greed ?

    • @RiotHouseLP
      @RiotHouseLP 5 ปีที่แล้ว

Political greed doesn't have to be monetary, but usually the strapping of power comes laced with cold hard cash. Let's look at Hillary and Bill Clinton's speeches in the lead up to the 2016 Presidential campaign for example. There was political greed involved certainly, and many of their speeches earned six figures or more for just their gracing of the event, a mere 30 minutes of blabbing about nothing consequential and voila a millionaire is made. Easy cash for the promise of power within the White House. Did you or did you not donate to the political coffers of the Clinton's? You didn't, well then, sorry but the door is closed to you. How about a nice Uranium One deal to the Russians? How much money would that cost to bribe the Clinton's? $120 million dollar donation to the Clinton Foundation you say? Deal.
I guess my example is showing that both political greed and private economic greed can align into something truly ignoble. So the answer is neither are more noble than the other. Both can be quite disgusting.

In any group, there is going to be a normal distribution of attributes following a bell curve. You will have the left and right flanks, those that do little and those that do most of the work. Then you have the average people in the middle. The ones on the left half of the curve get the benefits with minimal effort, while those on the right half of the curve get the same benefits as the left side with much more effort. This concept rewards mediocrity, but not hard work.

And you also will benefit from someone hard work too.(that the beauty of it)
Oh your children need to be have a quality education (someone hard work) that someone goes to you and other parents kid for free
Oh your dying of a disease which will take (some ones hard work) to cure it does that for free too
Oh your house is burning down because of a fire it need (someone hard work) to extinguish it but someone will do it for free
You give to a community and the community gives back. the potato will feed the teachers the doctors and the fireman (come on dude this isnt a hard concept to grasp)
I know this is over simplified example but you get the point and if bring out the "then people will be lazy argument" we discourage that behavior by the group.

The problem with modern version of american socialist is that they defy your description of Socialism, and accuse you with ignorance. However, they will never explain there form of socialism and even state what socialism that is being formulated in their minds to associate it with the right political term.
But most importantly is that their denial is to avoid any relation that ties them up with the failure of Communist-Socialist ideologies

I’m skeptical when people assert that practical examples of socialism/communism in the real world aren’t valid forms. You could just as easily conclude that the faults of capitalism aren’t actually conceptual, but rather due to poor utilization of the system in recent years. One thing that I don’t think many people understand is it’s one thing to conceptualize a system among economic philosophers, but it’s a completely different thing to implement that system in the real world. Human nature and the nature of human societies isn’t something that we can always account for when conceptualizing these systems, and with past evidences of what this video asserts were pseudo-communist countries, it’s not clear to many people that communism produces its promised effects. Even if we were to implement an overwhelmingly socialist or communist system in the USA, I’m not sold on the idea that it will just work out better than it has throughout history.

Karl Marx was a revolutionary thinker whose ideas reshaped the landscape of political and economic thought, sparking movements that continue to influence global discourse. Born into a middle-class Jewish family, Marx's intellectual journey took him from the philosophical circles of the Young Hegelians to the forefront of radical journalism and eventually to the formulation of his groundbreaking theories on capitalism and class struggle.
Marx's collaboration with Friedrich Engels produced the "Communist Manifesto," a clarion call for the working class that succinctly captured the exploitative dynamics of capitalism. This work, along with his magnum opus Das Kapital, laid the foundation for Marxism, a doctrine that not only critiqued capitalism but also envisioned its overthrow through proletarian revolution.
What sets Marx apart is his materialist conception of history, which argued that economic structures fundamentally shape societal institutions, politics, and culture. His theory of surplus value exposed the inherent exploitation within capitalist economies, where the labor of the many enriches the few. This critique resonated deeply with the working class and intellectuals alike, inspiring socialist and communist movements that sought to realize Marx's vision of a classless society.
However, Marx's legacy is complex. While his analysis of capitalism's flaws remains incisive, the implementation of Marxist ideas in the 20th century, particularly in the Soviet Union and Maoist China, led to regimes that were often authoritarian and oppressive. These outcomes have led to vigorous debates about the applicability and interpretation of Marx's ideas.
Marx's enduring influence lies in his ability to articulate the deep-seated inequities of capitalism and to envision a radically different world. Whether celebrated as a prophet of the working class or critiqued as an ideologue whose ideas were misused, Marx remains one of the most significant and contentious figures in modern history. His work continues to provoke thought and inspire movements, making him a towering figure whose ideas cannot be ignored, even in the 21st century.
