Why did you mix torque patterns? Your first pattern was straight on the middle bolts a d crisscross on the end bolts. Then the second and 3rd time around you crisscrossed 1-6 the opposite crisscrossed 7-10. That's not right! Torque spec is 17Nm, 35Nm, then 90* & 90*. You should do 2 35Nm patterns at the minimum because the gasket doesnt crush fully on the center bolts on the first pass. If you go back a d check them, they're only at 20Nm especially since you skipped the 17Nm pass that initially set the head bolts to the same torque.
