@@heidicropper9888 from what I can see from the videos, her primary guardian is her grandmother, although she does visit her mom and mom's family. Her grandmother said she comes back from visits with mom acting differently and grandma can't monitor or dictate what Memphis sees at her mom's house. It's not easy co-parenting or assuming responsibility of a grandchild. Her daddy was also locked up for awhile, so she didn't have help. Obviously Memphis has been through a lot in her short life. I don't know how many videos you may have watched of Memphis, but she's just as sweet as she is sassy. She's not vulgar or mean and she loves her grandma and family very much.
