Equip the dagger in the mainhand until 5 stacks of magic debuff applied on the boss, then Switch to sword mainhand. Otherwise you need at least 5 WW to apply the 5 Stacks. Big raid dps loss. Took you over a Minute for 5 stacks in p4 and 90 seconds in p5

His whole guild is setup in a way for him to do most parse. Check world of logs. This guy knows what he is doing. 👏
