bro i just realize something when you was looting the tugboat, you had a backpack full and you could just move to the inventory and get all three backpacks full of loot and then put back all on inventary to leave with the thing underwater.. i didnt test that btw just saw 2 of them 0/28, i thought in that.. if it works backpacks are rly overpower..

bro he could have put soo much in back packs and then threw the backpacks outside the tug boat somewhere next to oil and actually had many backpacks. then he comes back and takes the rest from backpacks. With that adrenaline he was kind of panicking by the amount of loot
