- Dear Friends in this Vedio we learn What is the means of Cleared and Not Cleared Bill . When we create a Ledger under Sundry Debtors or Sundry Creditors then a option Maintain Balance Bill By Bill Show and When we Select Yes then we Can Stand Outstanding or Payable with Bill Ref which Bill Clear known as Cleared Bill and which Bill not Clear known as Not Cleared Bill. We Make Collection for Cleared and Not Cleared Bill and Show Both together in Tally using TDL.

How do I get the payment date of any cleared/paid bill reference?
On Field use $Date this process show the date
No, $Date will give Date of Bill reference. I want the Date of Receipt/Payment which is adjusted against that specific Bill reference
e.g. Purchase Bill reference is 1/PR did.10.04.24 Rs.100, Later when I pay the amount on 03.05.24, I adjust that Payment against reference 1/PR
So, in Clear Bill listing I want to get list as Ref.1/PR , Date 10.04.24, Amount 100, Paid Date 03.05.24

Duplicate definition already define showing errors
We can't use same definition in a single code file please recheck tally show the error of duplicate definition name change the definition name
