One question- When someone will give Rashi chocolates in school then how will she deny them? At home, you can control what she is eating but you don't have control over things she would get in school. So the best way is not to deny her chocolates/cakes but to teach her control. You can teach her control by setting a cheat day for her. Teach her that she can only have chocolates/cakes on that cheat day. In this way, she would be honest. Teaching her control would definitely help her in long run also. When you deny her chocolates and someone gives her chocolates in school then she might have it and lie to you at home that she didn't have anything in school. This would teach her to lie. Taking anything away from children is very easy but teaching them control is a challenge. Please don't be offended by this. I have been following you guys since 90,000 subscribers and I really love you guys. You guys are my idols.(This entire statement is based on what happened with me in my childhood.)

If u are denied sth very basic at home, it is very easy to have excess of it outside and lie about having it.
