I'm so glad you gave them musk sticks cause they didn't try them when they came to Australia last time. I love musk sticks though clearly Simon doesn't :P
Ann from How to Cook That came on over to our studio in Seoul and brought some Australian Candy for us to test. We also gave her some Korean candy to taste. Check out this video on our channel and then the next one on hers!
Aussie here, Chicos are gross and quiet frankly I dont know anyone who does life them, but musk sticks ARE THE BEST!!! hands down, they're so sweet and soft and delicious, they have a nice rose taste to them. god I love musk sticks.
If you thought the BBQ shapes and Sweet Chilli and Sour Cream Red rock deli chips were good then wait til you try the Pizza or Chicken flavoured shapes and Honey Soy chicken red rock deli chips... Ahhhhhh devouring them as I type.
rewatching your old videos is so fun, as an australian seeing you taste aussie snacks. cant believe musk sticks are an australian thing!! i love them! and i could easily eat a bag of chicos to myself
Tim Tam Slams are GLORIOUS. Funny....back in 09 I filmed my first Tim Tam Slam, and bit the ends off the exact same why Ann directs you guys....and the amount of hate I got from haters for doing it 'the wrong way' was UNREAL.
Wow, I love Chicos and Musk sticks! xD They're so popular with my family and friends here in Australia. Your reactions were so surprising hahaha. Glad you liked the other snacks though. Ann picked some great choices as all of those are really popular here.
All of the Australian snacks seemed to have so much *flavour*. I also enjoyed the *colourful* packaging. Oh, and I found the different cultural understandings of 'musk' *humourous*, along with their *honourable* attempt to not quickly spit the sticks out. XD
I'm craving for musk sticks now after watching this. Haven't had them for ages! If you don't like the smell of these ones, if only you were able to try the fruit flavored ones. Less like soap :)
I'm in Melbourne and I don't commonly see people eating Musk sticks or Chico Babies either LOL but I lovelovelove Tim Tams, Red Rock Chips and Shapes! :)
this is the first video i’ve ever watched on your channel. i discovered your channel through how to cook that’s video with you. pretty crazy i’ve been watching you guys for almost five years now!! ♥️♥️
Eat Your Kimchi If you grew up in Australia then they were just a given and the taste is just like a type of candy :). But I can understand why some people wouldn't like it. It does have a very strong taste :P. Thanks for trying it anyways! Love your work Simon and Martina And Soozee and Leigh :)
Omg the tim tams, I knew you guys would love it. My cousin from Australia told us to have it with milk and it changed everything. When my sister and I had the caramel one with coffee, OMG heaven right there
The Tim Tam Slam is also awesome with cold milk - turns the biscuit into like a pseudo-icecream cookie. Also, I love Chicos so much, though I admit it's an acquired taste, I hated them at first - but beware, I've had one rip out a filling before, no joke.
I'm aussie and I love Musk Flavoured Sticks, I'm surprised you guys didn't like them because I don't know anyone who dislikes them. You guys should come to Australia by the way (I think I saw older videos about you two going to Australia but I'm not sure if it was you guys) we have so many more delicious snacks and chocolates especially Milo (a chocolate drink) that tastes phenomenal and also the amazing chocolate Caramello Koalas.
This was awesome! But it took me a while to realize that the bonus channel had the eucalyptus candies. I forgot those were cut & put as bloopers. So funny!!! ^_^
In addition, the best way to hold it without it collapsing is to keep your fingers at the sides of the bar when you dip it in and then pretty much hope for the best.
Lacey Houghton I think you'd find they taste different... the biscuit or crunchy part of the bar in penguin bars look a bit too dense compared to tim tams =] and of course the potential of the filling and chocolate tasting different :)
i live in Melbourne, Australia and those chips are practically my only exams food!!! and i think Tim Tam is just too sweet for me..you guys must be sweet tooth! love you guuuuysss love this videooo
as an aussie i love seeing youtubers i like try/do anything native. everything that you tasted i LOVE. also terrys chocolate oranges are amazing, but i like sucking on jaffas until my tongue turns red, or using it as lip stain, like maltesers, jaffas are best sucked on until they do the sweet dissolving sensation. mmm now i want lollies!
I've been to both Europe and Asia and have to say (personally) we have THE BEST CHIPS ever. I love trying foreign food but have always been disappointed with foreign chips and lollies in particular. Chocolate can be disputed
I like chicos because I had them as a kid and they are somewhat nostalgic. Speaking of musk sticks and soap, my grandmother had a brand of soap that smelled like them so I never ate them and always associated them with grandma soap.
Thank you so much Ann and Miranda! I am American and I hate with a passion our spelling of words like flavor, armor, color. It's a very ugly spelling for me. The right (in my eyes and really the right way period) is flavour, armour and colour. As an American I have been mocked for using the spelling of these words the way that I do and I just usually tell them to shush their face because these are the right ways to spell them period. So haha all you nay sayers, I am not the only one who truly knows how to spell.
Why is colour the true or right way to spell the word? Why do people think that only colour OR color can be the appropriate spelling? Both forms are acceptable, depending on what type of English you write with. Sorry I'm ranting, but I just don't understand why people get so riled up about choosing one side.
I am from Australia and I LOVE musk sticks and musk lollies (candy) but a lot of people don't. Just like I LOVE Turkish Delight and a lot of people don't. It's def that rose flavour. And it's weird because I hate the rose smell. HATE it. Oh and yes, it's for sure spelt OUR not OR.
I didn't even realise these were like Australian only snacks lol. That is my childhood right there!! I think Simon and Martina might be swamped with Red Rock Chips now as well :)
Eat Your Kimchi The thing that was interesting to me about the 'sweets' you gave Anne I've had here in the US :D the only thing I think was the ginseng candy I was really hoping to see something I haven't heard of before! Buuuut we do have a lot of Korean bakeries and markets here in California. I notice there was a clip of Paris baguette? Or atleast it looked like it, but they do have some good stuff, Sweet potato flavored things are my favorite ;w; I love Korean sweet potato cake!! I really wish she could have tried it, cause it's so creamy and delicious :3 I'm one of the only people amongst my friends that enjoys Kimchi but I have to say my favorite Korean food is always and will always be bibimbap! Anyway thanks for doing this collab, out of all the channels I watch I really didn't expect this crossover to happen lol looks like ya'll had fun! The Jaffas sound interesting and I love rose flavored sweet things like rose milk tea so I might like those 'musk' sticks and give 'em a try LOL. Haven't been to your channel for about two years though, need to catch up!!
+Matthew Christensen are you kidding? Kimchi is at least a vegetable :') Vegemite and Marmite (which I'm more familiar with) is literally the waste product of beer...it isn't even a food, it's a waste product...which is the food equivalent of shit xD
So hungry now. So very hungry. I have such a soft spot for Musk Sticks!! They were one of the mandatory things you had to include in party lolly bags for your friends to take home. Banana lollies too. (Or maybe it was just my area....) I once ate a bowl full. Good times.
This make me wanna try some of those snacks but I don't live either in Australia or Korea... lol ^^ Nice video from nice two youtubers! Great job guys!
YAYY I'm super early! Btw Martina, love your new hairstyle, even though it's not in this video :DD And and, I felt so happy when I was watching the interview by CTV (:
Thanks for having me at your studio Eat Your Kimchi and for all the sweet treats
Love you ANN!!!❤️❤️❤️
Don't worry Ann, I LOVE musk sticks :)
Omggg i love your channel ;A;
I'm so glad you gave them musk sticks cause they didn't try them when they came to Australia last time. I love musk sticks though clearly Simon doesn't :P
LOVE THIS COLLABORATION
I love when Simon asked if she could be his mom, she's like "I get that question a lot" xD
Ann from How to Cook That came on over to our studio in Seoul and brought some Australian Candy for us to test. We also gave her some Korean candy to taste. Check out this video on our channel and then the next one on hers!
Eat Your Kimchi yeh I catch up How To Cook That videos which I watch like 100 times and I do catch up your videos too
Hey come on guys, Chicos are chocolate and vanilla flavoured, how can that be wrong?
Also Musk lollies are classic Aussie grandma candy.
Aussie here, Chicos are gross and quiet frankly I dont know anyone who does life them, but musk sticks ARE THE BEST!!! hands down, they're so sweet and soft and delicious, they have a nice rose taste to them. god I love musk sticks.
Lol the musk stocks were Coles home brand. Brings so many memories
I hope I'm not the only Australian that hates musk lollies and Chicos. XD
Omg, my two favorite, but completely unrelated, TH-cam channels, together! I never would have expected this.

i love honey soy chicken shapes sensation
No the plain chilli ones are best
+Gaz lime and black pepper is the best!
Craving chips but I don't have any chips right now...MY WORST NIGHTMARE
Simon's just a giant lost ducky asking every woman who can cook or bake, "Can you be my mum?" Hahaha~
Heyy armyy💜💜💜
I love Ann's channel so much! I binge watch her every now and then. Haha. Glad to see you two do video with her. It's awesome! :D
I love Ann!!
Also Canada had Sweet Chilli and Sour Cream chips.
I love them.
rewatching your old videos is so fun, as an australian seeing you taste aussie snacks. cant believe musk sticks are an australian thing!! i love them! and i could easily eat a bag of chicos to myself
This is the collab I never knew I wanted to happen. Its glorious
I really love you guys for doing these videos together, since both of you are my favourite youtubers! *-* :D
All of the Australian snacks seemed to have so much *flavour*. I also enjoyed the *colourful* packaging. Oh, and I found the different cultural understandings of 'musk' *humourous*, along with their *honourable* attempt to not quickly spit the sticks out. XD
I love Ann's videos so so much. It's so cool you guys met up and did something like this

this is the first video i’ve ever watched on your channel. i discovered your channel through how to cook that’s video with you. pretty crazy i’ve been watching you guys for almost five years now!! ♥️♥️
Tried Tim Tams and the Tim Tam Slam because of this video. The Tim Tam Slam has GIVEN ME LIFE. Every bit as amazing as advertised. Thanks!
I'm so happy that two of the channels I love the most have made a video together x
Quintessential Australian fare, it was great to watch you guys try our real candies. Love it.
Omg!! I have the sour cream and chili chips but I never tried them yet. And know since I watch their video I am so excited to eat them!!
But i love the musk flavoured sticks!
Don't they taste like soap, though?
Eat Your Kimchi Probably not more than Parma Violets do.
Eat Your Kimchi I used to not like them but over time I grew to love them :P
Eat Your Kimchi If you grew up in Australia then they were just a given and the taste is just like a type of candy :). But I can understand why some people wouldn't like it. It does have a very strong taste :P. Thanks for trying it anyways! Love your work Simon and Martina And Soozee and Leigh :)

OMG BOTH OF MY FAV TH-cam CHANNELS DID A VIDEO TGT?? ITS LIKE A DREAM COME TRUEEE
Whaaaaat!!?! I LOVE Ann's channel! Didn't realise EYK was gonna colab with her!!!! So happy inside.
I love musk sticks. I live in AUS, and I'm only 21. So it's definitely not a treat for the oldies here. Can't wait to see Ann's video.
Musk Sticks and Chico babies are my favourite!! I am 20 and I grew up with Musk sticks and Jaffas. Us youngins love them. c:
I didn't know Ann went to Korea!!! I literally screamed the hell out of my brother when I saw How To Cook That video!
musk sticks and other musk flavoured lollies are my favourite thing ever!!! honestly i could eat them all day everyday!!!
Omg the tim tams, I knew you guys would love it. My cousin from Australia told us to have it with milk and it changed everything. When my sister and I had the caramel one with coffee, OMG heaven right there
Omg! This video make me so happy! Both eyk and htct are my fav utube channels i subscribe to. Super love!!

You guys are mad!!!! I looooove musk sticks! I haven't had one in years, but they were my favourite thing growing up.
Blarrrrrrrrrrbalaaabarlarble....we forced everyone in the studio to have one but no one like them. Oh my! It's too much of a new flavour for us.
Love Ann! Love you both, awesome colab!
I laughed a lot while watching this video. You guys are so funny. :'D
"Mom, you're a sweet old lady, but you cannot bake to save your life." Okay, that LEGIT cracked me up!!!
How to cook that sent me. I look forward to watching your videos. So far so good on your channel :)
We have fruit flavoured musk sticks as well in Australia ! So good hehe
I wish I could try the musk sticks - I love floral flavoured things. Especially rose.
The Tim Tam Slam is also awesome with cold milk - turns the biscuit into like a pseudo-icecream cookie.
Also, I love Chicos so much, though I admit it's an acquired taste, I hated them at first - but beware, I've had one rip out a filling before, no joke.
I love Ann! What a nice surprise to see her here :D
Im Aussie and ive never had chicos, but musk sticks are one of my fav things theyre soooooo good!
two of my fav channels together!!
I'm aussie and I love Musk Flavoured Sticks, I'm surprised you guys didn't like them because I don't know anyone who dislikes them. milo is available in many other countries too
Cow Lao Oh, really? That's cool, I didn't know that.
***** FOR SHAME
I detest musk sticks!
they were in Sydney last year
As an Australian I always find these types of videos amusing~
EYK and Ann, I would never expect this.
I love all these snacks! Eating the jaffas as we speak! ;3
Musk sticks, BBQ shapes and jaffas. Takes me back to my childhood :') I used to take these snacks to primary school all the time.
This was awesome! But it took me a while to realize that the bonus channel had the eucalyptus candies. I forgot those were cut & put as bloopers. So funny!!! ^_^
"Can you be my mom" favorite part 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Ohh my Lordy I love musk sticks and Chico babys! ... Everything in this video are fave snacks of mine!
Do a Tim Tam Slam with ice cold milk and Double Coat Tim Tams!!! Its the best thing ever. The outer choc goes a bit hard and inside is soft.
When I moved to Australia I absolutely /hated/ the musk sticks and chicos, but now I love them so much! It's weird how my tastes completely changed!
I love ann. Love her videos glad to see her in Korea :D
OMG my mind is blown! I live in Australia and I've never eaten tim tams like that! I'd never even heard of that before! I have to try it!!!
tim tams are easier to use as straws if you bite at the corners
you can use cold milk (won't melt, still delicious) too
We have TimTams in the UK.. except they're called penguin bars.. and they're individually wrapped.. and they tell arctic themed jokes.
In addition, the best way to hold it without it collapsing is to keep your fingers at the sides of the bar when you dip it in and then pretty much hope for the best.
Lacey Houghton I think you'd find they taste different... the biscuit or crunchy part of the bar in penguin bars look a bit too dense compared to tim tams =] and of course the potential of the filling and chocolate tasting different :)
oh we do the same thing you did with Tim Tams here in Saudi Arabia !! but we use Twix as straws and Arabic coffee :D
OOOHHHHHH!!! Great idea!
احلى شي في الحياة تويكس وقهوة
Sara A oh yum!!!
I'm so doing this! 😜
i live in Melbourne, Australia and those chips are practically my only exams food!!! and i think Tim Tam is just too sweet for me..you guys must be sweet tooth! love you guuuuysss love this videooo
So lucky we have all of these foods in New Zealand
Lol! I enjoyed this video so much! Loved it!
Coles for the win!!!! Musk sticks are life, awesome when you're studying
Ann you are so amazing!!!
musk sticks sound amazing, we have parma violets in the UK which sound very similar
as an aussie i love seeing youtubers i like try/do anything native. everything that you tasted i LOVE. also terrys chocolate oranges are amazing, but i like sucking on jaffas until my tongue turns red, or using it as lip stain, like maltesers, jaffas are best sucked on until they do the sweet dissolving sensation. mmm now i want lollies!

I like chicos because I had them as a kid and they are somewhat nostalgic.
Speaking of musk sticks and soap, my grandmother had a brand of soap that smelled like them so I never ate them and always associated them with grandma soap.
OMG I REMEMBER THAT PINATA CAKE. I'll, in fact, never forget it.
I love tim-tam slams, so good.
Thank you so much Ann and Miranda! I am American and I hate with a passion our spelling of words like flavor, armor, color. It's a very ugly spelling for me. Omg I can't believe two if my favorite youtubers did a video together !!!!!

two of my fav youtubers in one video
cried a little when yous ate bbq shapes, and then you whip out jaffas and UGH MY FAVE, and then the musk sticks. i'm going to coles now.
HOLY COW I DID NOT SEE THIS COLAB COMING BUT THIS IS SO FRICKING- YES, JUST YES >
I like how the koala got in on the "team break" action. Cute. :)
I'm glad you like Australian sweets!! I've never tried a Chico, and from your reaction I'm not sure if I will now...
I am Australian and love all the snacks shown on here, especially the chicos which I could honestly live off
Omg! I love Ann!
Ann with EYK !!! I'm surprised !! I love her videos
You should have gave her kimchi that would have been awesome
We wanted to, but we wanted to focus on pastries/candy since Ann loves sweet food! :D
Kimchi is vile and is the Korean vegimite
+Matthew Christensen it is not gross. Kimchi is awesome
Good times.
My grandma lives in New Zealand and I live in California but she nails me Jaffas and I LOVE THEM SOO MUUUCHH
OMG I LOVE her videos!! She's freaken amazing!
OMG Those chips... I LOVE sweet chili flavored chips and I also love sour cream chips, and now someone's combined them into one!
They're really nice! I eat them all the time because I'm in Australia
This make me wanna try some of those snacks but I don't live either in Australia or Korea... lol ^^
Nice video from nice two youtubers! Great job guys!
YAYY I'm super early! Btw Martina, love your new hairstyle, even though it's not in this video :DD And and, I felt so happy when I was watching the interview by CTV (:
