I wish I could do a one on one because I took ur advice about my under eye with powder I’m eyes still looks cakey and like it’s cracking up I just want a nice finish under my mines I tried vitamin c oil serum still don’t leave nice finish not sure my my eyes do that 😢
Actually the P Louise primer is meant to be used wet! After you pat it on you go straight in with the eye shadow.. it goes on amazingly.. setting it defeats the purpose
