Kate thank you for sharing the way you are working through your stuff. It made make think about some things as well. Your videos are really thought provoking as well ❤
Don't feel bad about not doing what the other TH-camrs do. I enjoy your channel the most! You're real and people can relate to you a lot more than those others. Also, we all see that they are more for entertainment, as you're more like a friend. Keep up the good work!
I learned from a gardening channel that it’s actually great to pick the tomatoes almost ripe because then the energy of the plant will go on to the next batch and growing new tomatoes ect so those look perfect!
Am watching your latest video. I’m so glad you started your channel back up. This morning you’re keeping me company as I clean out my refrigerator, made a pie, and a salad for dinner. Enjoy your cruise! So happy for all of you❤
When you talk about your childhood and your mother, I can always relate. I also am a recovering workaholic and overcoming anxiety manifesting as control. Thanks for sharing and making me think. Valerie in SC
I get so inspired by your videos Kate! We kind of live a kindred life. If you ever come down to the valley, we own an Indian / Pakistani restaurant in Sacramento. Kabab and chutney. Would love to have you all!
Hi Kate! I love your channel just as it is. REAL. These utubers that have their finely edited and polished videos I cannot stand. I could mention names and several, but don't want to mention them and pay them any more attention! Completely understand Mariah's overstimulation due to my son I have told you about with Asberger's. I think I too have a touch of it along with my general anxiety. Poor thing. It is awful. No one understands until it happens to them. My own mother has never understood my anxiety until she herself started having panic attacks and ended up at the hospital. "You need to just go outside of that condo" she said. Mmhmm. Different when it happens to you. Corn dogs are always great at the fair!!! Yummy. Worth it as it's a rare occasion for me too 3 more days til cruise videos! Hi from SC!😊💕🏝️
I really enjoyed the editing you did on this video with the fair. That was a beautiful tree. I totally get what you were saying about trying to be frugal to the extent where you don't feel like you are really getting to enjoy your life. I know there are plenty of free things to do.. which I did with my children when they were growing up but, we did not spend money (it was tight) like I wish we would have to build more memories. My children are grown and one has a 4-year-old and one has a 3-year-old boy. Now I am not being as tight because I want to enjoy memories with them, doing special things on occasion. Next month it's the San Diego Zoo. My sister lives there and has free tickets so it won't be a huge expense but it will be a time when I will spend extra money I normally wouldn't have.
I get that some tubers have hired help for editing and childcare and all sorts of stuff...but their channels lack the personal touch that yours have. We watch and if we don't know the behind the scenes we wonder why we fail to be so productive. Your channel shows the reality of we can't be everything all at once. You know..reality!
Delightful as always! I agree, there´s a thin line between being frugal and being cheap, been trying to learn that myself too. I don´t want to waste or over-consume, but I´ll spend on anything and everything that brings me health and joy. Grandma in spanish: abuela, abuelita (for cuteness).
@@CoffeeWithKate4 it´s plain rude people assuming you are a grandma (you don´t look like a grandma AT ALL by the way)... And... I suggest a made up word then : mamalita (mami abuelita) -smirks-
As for WW, I joined at least 5 times. I'd get use to it, and they'd change the program. I had a problem with figuring out the points because I'd make a lot of things homemade like soups or meals with beans. It took way to much time since I work 12 hour shifts. I saw a comment that you are now doing a Mediterranean diet instead of WW. That sounds like a healthy plan.
Just so you don't feel alone in your inner understanding I get you 100%. I have a similar experience and I continue to journey forward too. So here is a suggestion for all of us" what fun things have you forgotten and would like to do?" For me playing with my child hood doll house that I'm currently restoring is one. Second is creating a fairy like garden in my yard.
I'm 59 so don't understand you tube but I d love to show you my dollhouse. It was built by my great uncle in Vermont and given to my mother. Then as I child I played with it. Now at 59 I took it out of the basement of my mother home and I'm restoring it.
Corn dogs are something I’d like to try (UK here) as they always seem to be in lots of American tv shows/films. Although I wonder if they would be a disappointment?! 🤪
That cycle will end soon. The last year or so of it is the worst. Have you started hot flashes yet ? Can you show what you are using in your coffee drinks ? I am curious about the creamers. Also, the new Beetlejuice movie is good.
Hi Kate! I love this video so much! Watching it for the 2nd time now! I can so relate to what you said about your mom! My mom was the similar to your mom. I was kicked out the day after I graduated high school. By my mom’s husband. My mom was gone to be with her mom, who was ready to pass on. My mom never said a about “ Why” I was kicked out. I still don’t know why. Your Mariah and Sam will come back to you. If they, “I don’t want to be around you, mom” stage! My older kids, did that because it wasn’t cool to hang around your mom back in the ‘90s. But now, i hear from them weekly sometimes more! Even my oldest ( only) son calls me weekly! You are way too young to be a “ grandma”! With my two youngest girls, people would say That I must be their grandma. I’d say, “No, I’m their mom!” Or my girls would say, “She’s our Mama!” 😂😊 I am a “ Nana” (grandma) to 16, and a Great-grandma to Twin boys! I feel I’m too young! But I had my oldest son at 20. So here we are! Not complaining at all! It’s very cool being Nana and Great Nana! Okay, This has turned into another novel! I’ll hush! Take care Singh Family! 🌻🤎🌻🤎🌻🤎

I am frugal 90% of the time so I can do what I really want the other 10% of the time!! You are making memories with your family! Way to go girl!!!

How fun! I'm sure Bali would get a kick out of that. What restaurant is it? And what part of Sacramento?
Those tomatoes are stupendous. I love your kitchen teeming with color and projects.

Electricity back on. Thank you baby Jesus. Have Fun, enjoy life. ❤❤❤ Can’t wait to go on the cruise haha.

Remember the moniker "Domestic Engineer"....LOL. It sounds like you went to the carnival, did you tour the fair and see the exhibits and animals?

Hello Kate and family! It's hard to stay within those points .
I'm a granny mom to .I'm 60 and we have a 17 year old and our oldest is 37
Too hard.

Oh no, they are so good! If made right.
I assure you they are not! I go to the Fair just to get a foot long.
@@tomikotomihewitt657 the corn dogs at this fair were amazingly delicious. A surprise for carnival 🎡 food.
@@CoffeeWithKate4 Did you do them up right with mustard and ketchup spread right up the side? 😜

You look TOO young to be a grandma. I have an 8 year old and my mother in law is 74, she became a grandma at 68.
