If you look at G2 coach Fabian and the speech he gave that SI, that is what I consider a very strong emotional/mental core. The ability to reset people when things are going bad. that is what good mental/emotional cores look like. even Fabian PSG Talon knows how to praise his team while keeping them grounded. It doesn't have to be just the coach but someone in the team has to be able to stop the team from crashing and burning and I don't really see that in BDS and if you argue that Likefac is that mental core, then he is not doing a good job keeping his team's mentals as high as they can be when they are falling behind
