I'm a Gonzaga fan, and alum, but I have to disagree with the idea that the lopsided score was more about GU than Baylor. Baylor's defense was atrocious and their offense was disjointed. The way they played, I think just about any top team would have laid the smack down on them. Gonzaga took advantage and looked much better from the arc than last year, but let's see if that's a consistent thing. I really hope so because that game was a lot of fun!
Baylors defense looked rattled as soon as Huff and Stromer came in. But Gonzaga is one of the hardest offenses to defend for any team, any year. Especially if they are hitting 3s. They employ multuliple ball screens, pick and roll, inside out and ball reversal. All are extremely taxing on defenses and require the D to leave someone undefended.

Can't wait to see if Arizona and Gonzaga hook up. Two good teams.

What about BAMA
Gonzaga, Tre Johnson, Bruce Thornton, Zags/Bears.
