Things i like about the animated series Animation Music Voice acting Things i dont like Changing the creature sizes but only when its plot relavent(example arthropulra being tiny as a means of escape, achtina being tiny so she can poison nerva effectively, purlovia being larger so one of nervas scout can have a getaway ride) Rockwell in the lore of the game was that he was a neutral character that befriends helana but over the course of the story their relationship becomes distant as rockwell slowly decends into maddness over the eleament while helana is oblivious to the warnings until it is too late and rockwell becomes a moster figuratively and literally..... Then they turned him into sexist evil asshole whos crazy right from the beginning what are they just allergic to good ideas
This show was great did feel rushed but it was still good but the political stuff was annoying and some flash backs were unnecessary but other than that it’s a good show id be willing to watch it again a lot of people just end up being too hard on the show it’s been confirmed to be a different timeline too so yeah why can’t people just enjoy the good parts of shows like these
Spoiler alert do not read this comment if you are currently watchin the ark show or open to watching it. You know it made me really mad when they killed Bob and the Irish boy it just made me angry overall

Finaly, someone who gave the show an honest chance instead of seeing Helena used to have a wife and calling it woke agenda I do acknowledge that the abroginal rights section was somewhat uncalled for, but what redeemed it for me was how Helena (as a half-abroginial woman), decided that protesting was not worth it for her, but she understood why ut was important for her mother
Well actually the wokeness kinda ruins the story tbh I played ark since 2016 and here what the wokeness miss messed. Helena and meuyi actually don't agree with killing Minerva . So if you played aberration dlc is is an ark that destroyed cuz Diana and her team were trying to escape the ark thinking it was a prison but they made it to overseer boss room n blew it up and lead to aberration being destroyed. So when Helena and mei yi n Rockwell ascend they all end up ab dlc and Rockwell n Helena work together to survive while mei yi meet Diana n they work at loving each other but once they all reunite Rockwell is obsessed with Diana camo n how much tek they use . One day mei yi and Helena leave the camp and Rockwell goes crazy n inject himself and kill the village with Diana being one of the death mei yi show up so see her passing. Ut this is one main reason why Rockwell n mei yi will always hate each other later on extinction dlc comes out where Helena n mei yi make it to the ascended pod n Helena ascends n kinda disappears but with that she gain the power to active respawn n respawn Diana and while mei yi is alone on extinction she is reunited with her lover. So it not they hate wokenesss it just they mixed up characters n now Diana might not even be a thing n she was a starlight pilot fr the age where tek is used alot
@@dk229910 Yes I do agree I seriously didn't want Mei Yin and Helena to end up together as I know, she is canonically with Diana while Helena in story, has a wife- but this storyline is separate from that of the ark, the writers even announced its non-canpn
@ganymede8257 yeah ppl are more upset with protest sence and random hook up that shit is trash no matter what but other part if the show are good like mei yi backstory seemed to be pretty dope but it's 2024 so they gotta ad that wokeness in it just glad it isn't like star wars franchise where only women or colored ppl are the focused cuz of there " differences "
@@dk229910 I mean, to be perfectly fair for this show- it wasn't "woke-woke'. People got killed and injured left and right regardless of ethnicity, it really just highlighted how we as humans are mostly the same despite our many differences

Anyone noticed that the walking animation is janky? Man, its like anything wildcard touched just runs poorly... As for the story, i doubt ark fans were clamoring for lesbo love triangles and woke racism agendas. I just wanna watch some pvp and dinos.
