That house is a doublewide. It is built in a factory in 2 sections and is moved like a trailer being pulled by a truck. It has it's axles and truck hitch removed on site and is levered onto a pre-built foundation, then the 2 halves are joined and the siding and roofing sections that cover the join line are installed. It is a quick, cheap way to get a house on site. As they have to be built to handle road transport, they tend to be built rather oddly for houses.
I love watching your videos. I wished you guys traveled, so I could have your company do my driveway, porch and walk way. You guy's do such a pristine job! You think outside the box with your textures and colors. Keep up the great work!

Reminds me of working in my brothers concrete business in NorCal. Hard, knuckle busting work, but the results were amazing. Pools decks, walls and driveways and parking lots. Lots of rebar...afterall, it was California.

I like this time-Lapse footage as a summary but i like the narrated non-time-lapse versions better, just to practice my skills of the english language (i am German) and to learn your tricks and trades.
We will keep the narrated versions, then at the very end do a time lapse!
U don't need a to know the language to do the work, just your eyes and do the work, see what they are doing, and fill in the blanks.

Step liners with an inch-and-a-half bullnose works great they're expensive but they're worth it that's a Butterfield product I mix powdered coloring to the mineral spirits it beautifull at a lower cost

Looks great! I had my patio stamped 35 years ago. If you put sealer on it each year, it brings out the original beauty. It’s still looks good but I need to have it restrained.
