    The PM "has all the responsibility of a CEO, but none of the authority" - yep! Every time an interview candidate tells me how much they'd like to be a PO or PM, I give them this reality check to make sure they comprehend the situation. It's a great job, but not for everyone!

    Very strange that a product manager is not talking about the stats behind it, confidence interval of choosing a decision or hypothesis ? Is it possible for you to chase every customers, where are they dropping off ? Probably yes if your population is very small. What if the population is large and random drop offs. Not so easy to find out causation and correlation.
    Looking like a college class type presentation not built on the real decisions we made everyday
