I think you need to purge the lines. By having a quick look when you had the printer top cover open. There was no ink in some of the lines. It's happened to me a few times now. When you remove the printer head a few times you start losing the ink in the lines. Somewhere on youtube, there is a video showing how to do it. Side covers need to come from both sides etc. Anyway, I like the ultra sonic idea to clean the heads.
i see the printhead is labeled with the colors, c, m, y and theres two MBK. The prints test on the printer show a MBK1 and MBK2. Anyone know which is MBK2?

Cleaning the printheads makes them worse. Replace printheads with new printhead and make sure capping station pads are clean and seated properly.
