- An anti-narcotics official on Tuesday criticized Customs chief Nicanor Faeldon for disallowing a "controlled delivery" of 5 crates of shabu for a possible sting operation that could have netted several drug suspects.

Ang problem dito is di nagkasundo ang pdea saka ang boc. mas may authority ba ang pdea or boc regarding this case? kasi kahit na drug sting to but the thing is, sakop pa rin ng boc ang anything regarding shipment and etc.
Wala bang enough communication yung PDEA sa BOC regarding sa Sting operation nila? It felt so rush, to the point na di na ata nakakuha ng appropriate legal council etong si faeldon.
Its not a matter of "IF" na inform ba si faeldon but more like "WHEN". Na brief ba sila with ample time to decide?
Ang question ko lang is, if this was a carefully executed "PLAN" by PDEA eh bakit hindi nag proceed yung plans nila until pumayag na yung BOC? Ang kasalanan nila dito is yung attitude nila towards cooperation, alangan sila2x lang ang mag go signal tapos aapurahin nila yung isang tao na pumayag?
Kahit na pdea is the one who is more knowledgeable about drug stings but they should not neglect or bypass the authority of boc.
Ang malaking neglect of duty dito naman ni commisioner faeldon is yung sinali na niya yung fiancee niya sa usapin.
Lawyer or not, she should not be made aware of any government transaction lalo na at hindi naman siya naka assign duon. She doesnt have the authority to know.
Saka isa pang glaring fault ni faeldon dito is not being atune enough sa operation ng pdea.
I know he is only covering his bases kasi nga ayaw ni President duterte ng drugs and corruption, but too much apprehension or guarding and not being able to decide right away is also a form of negligence of duty.
