17 years later, still nostalgic! Me and my old best friend got so inspired by those guys! We keep training every break we had on school for over 5 years! But we stop doing it for 5-6 years ago! The time is running fast!
Same 10 years strong! I remember it like it was yesterday I first found it on accident in like 8th grade on a friend's myspace page(something the new generation has no idea of) on accident lol. Back then I think it was called "XMA" before like Parkour took off and became mainstream or was recognized for that matter.
i was watching this like 10 times every day about 3 years ago... it is still equally great!! and its the perfect song :) i dont get why it doesnt have more views tho.. its D best vid on youtube!!
omFG! Thats amazing! How long wuld it have taken them guys to learn such awsome moves! THat makes them whimpy athletes at the olympics look like childs play.
This is the sickest movie I've ever seen... It looks so supernatural. At what age did you guys start to obtain the skills you have now?? Really curious about that. Lots of respect!
I am so jealous of their skill and dedication. I would love to join them. Of course I'd need a lot of work til I could consider myself barely anywhere near their level. I would still love to give it a shot.
Cool thanks for the advice, so quickly too ^_^ Was thinking of martial arts more, my options were gonna be - Free running, gymnastics or taijitsu, Ninjitsu would be good. Howver nearest "Dojo" for me would be miles away hehe.
god damn! :D i remember watching this video a few years ago :D it was the video that got me started doing freerunning, and parkour... brings back memories!
I've been training for this freestyle running for 6 weeks now and I can barely do a frontflip and backflip. The twist aren't that hard till you're on solid ground. Wicked fun if you want to get in shape and always look like you can kick everyones ass.
what form of martial arts wold best suit the whole ninja parkour thing i've been doing it for about a yeear now and i want to learn how to do some flips correctly any suggestions???
I looooovee this xD I would love to know how this sport is called. It can't be freerunning (that's what I thought of first) because of the way to much flips and they few weapon things in it. Somebody please tell me ^^
The name of the song is Open Your eyes by Guano Apes. If you dont believe me type it in on the search at the top. By the way did you know the lead singer of the band is a chick? I really thought it was a dude singing.
2:44 awesome. I didn't know people could actually do that. I mean, I saw the dojo scene from The Matrix, but I always assumed that the whole walking up a freaking wall thing was about as plausible as the people running across lakes in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.
2:05 Hahahah Ye right u can jump through that its waaaayyy to small, but nice try xD 2:43 Hahaha best bit, love to wall run, the middle guy was well good... These guys need to go out and do it around the street, they would be well good at parkour!
Ah the evolution of the ninja. From being an assassin to bouncing around like an over-caffeinated ping pong ball. This stuff isn't "ninja" anything. Its just gymnastics.
Actually this looks like a video of a parkour training camp. Parkour is a French acrobatic discipline that teaches such abilities as the ones in this video. There are training camps in France, UK and the US.
Basically the first step to being able to do this is having confidence, that way you wont be afraid, cuase when u are afraid u get nervous and end up stopping urself halfway thru a stunt or something and/or getting hurt.

Totally luv this. Been watching this since it was first uploaded back during my high school days. Wow long time but still luv it more than ever!
I like how the video shows a couple of bloopers too. lol
it's nice to see that even these awesome gymnists still mess up.

Awesome clip, nice moves and specially when they showed some bloopers, funny.
This video is COMPLETELY insane. Personal favourite is when the orange shirt guy extends his 1 arm and goes to 1-handed handstand. Amazing strength!
These dudes are doing breakdance, free run, free flow or capoera. Ninjutsu is The art of the sword
they make it look so easy!!! i wish i could learn how to do all these freaking awesome moves..

8 years of soccer and gymnastics really paid off, i tried some of the crap with the trampalines and (some) of it worked!
This is a cool video... superB!!!
How long do they need to get so good?
i don't care that they're not actually ninjas, they're definitely ninja-esque.
