Sir My husband is already in Australia under 476 visa since last 6 yrs. And he also Changing his student visa to stay there. He enter into new course after each studies. His visa is valid only upto May 2024. My doubt is ; is this hoping of visa as mentioned in new updates is affected to persons who already in Australia or the new comers. Pls reply sir.
It depends on your track record. Have you been keeping on changing or jumping courses? What course is it? There are many changes coming, not yet finalised as some plans are just only proposed.
