Thanks for the video! I have the same model (American SP64) and have been having issues with both directions on the drive. I noticed that messing with the wires (moving them around etc) at the joystick board changes what works and what doesn't. Do I just need to remove every wire, clean the contacts and reinstall?
Hi Joshua, I would recommend to inspect contacts and wires a bit more carefully. You may need to re-crimp some wire ends or you may find that issues is actually with a plugs them self look for signs of corrosion. But a fact that moving wire makes difference leads to poor connection 100%.
in one direction, after releasing the joystick, the machine is still moving, the brake does not apply until two seconds later. where to look for the problem?

Try to check pwm board . It could be that that pots weee adjusted to much. Try to back them both off anticlockwise.
