Hi Yan, I don't feel that you are choosing one or the other. The choice you made to prioritize your health is very wise, I feel that deep down, you understand that you are making this choice to take care of your family, although it seems like you are leaving them alone because you are going back to Malaysia by yourself.

Dear yan, I can understand how you feel and it is never easy to stay apart from your loved ones! Previously, I was also having allergy problem, gratefully with the help of tcm and a clean eating diet, my immunity builds back and my allergy problem was recovered. Hi Yan, i’m from SG. I had 1 year of hives on my whole body & my face was swollen to the point I couldn’t go to work on some days. Miraculously it healed because I tried lots of things tcm, eating tumeric, etc. Hope you get well soon. Things will be better! 💪🏻

Most important to me I need to bring my Demitze Allergicover Anti Dust Mite Linen - Pillow and Bolster Encasement Case Cover Protector anywhere I go coz pillow will have dust mites. At home I even used Demitze bed cover to seal up. Coz I saw your case like mine, rashes mostly appeared on face. I hope this can help you. Allergy is a very teary long recover process. By the way not only the pillow case, I had gone thru a miserable life for few years seeking for skin specialist, TCM. The one TCM at Sentul last time cured my symptoms were closed down unfortunately coz their herbs too expensive imported from Japan named PORON PORON. If not I can recommend to you. And a Skin specialist from Pantai hospital asked me to take prebiotic it helps too. I was on clean diet for detox with no processed food not even sugar or oil, bread…anything that processed I cannot take and also face only use simple skincare for 3 months. N it happened out of the blue and also handling my perimenopause issues and I was like thrown into a deep pit of question marks etc. and I thought I was alone facing all that kind of sudden health issues. Yan must go see good doctor find out what’s the cause of skin sensivity ok? Is it your own body, the food you eat, certain items in home, change of seasons? Yan, 有沒有考慮用中醫治疗呢? 長期使用抗炎藥治標不治本而且會有后餘症. 雖然中醫需要長時間的調理不過要有耐心你會看到成果.

When I was young I had hives whenever I ate a certain meat. Mom first brought me to clinic and it didnt help . Later we tried the chinese herbs by the 中医。and it was gone (touch wood ) . I wish you speedy recovery 😘

Yann, 我曾经几个月内天天风膜很痛苦，我偶然发现用凉水冲凉（不开water heater) 就比较不痒，过后我开始凉水冲凉，奇怪的很快就没有复发了，应该是皮肤太干屏障受损了。建议你也可以试下凉水冲凉。然后也做下allergy test。
所以yan 我上一次也是在LA 吃了太多螃蟹跟喝了好多红酒回到马来血压就出现eczema原本是没有的就因为吃了过量海鲜导致现在皮肤这样，需要一段时间治疗没什么可怕..所以你现在是回来马来西亚吗？而且你需要大量休息，因为我看了你之前视频跟最近的你最近精神不是很好看了你很疲惫很累..加油等你在拍更多视频…没什么好可怕…我喜欢你们一家人

Yan, u will still feel the guilt even if i tell u that u are doing this for your family and the beautiful future ahead. Because that is how mothers and wives are. We always put them ahead of us, so when we do something for ourselves, we start feeling bad.
I wish i could be of help regarding the contact dermatitis. I can totally relate to what you are going through, being unhappy and feeling conscious of the skin reaction. I used to have atopic dermatitis every now and then and i have used steroid creams of all kinds by doctors and they never really solve the issue. however it was never serious until 2020 when covid happened and i started using dettol and anti bacterial wash so much my whole hands, arms and feet looked like they were red swollen and full of bleeding wounds because i was scratching in my sleep. 1 year later after trying own remedies to no avail, i finally went to see the hospital dermatologist and she gave me something that til today i cannot believe it worked only after one application. I remember she telling me its a steroid cream and i told her isnt that making things worse as its a vicious cycle to use steroid creams, but she explained its also an anti inflammation cream. So i went home and used it. It actually stopped the inflammation the next day and it took only 1 application and needed only 1 day to see results. I am not sure if this might be the same for your type of dermatitis. Let me know if u wanna know the prescripted cream. I wish you will soon find a way to treat the issue, and be a happy Yan again.
