I like the character Red and the unseen (super hero) character Bernice's redux of their refrigerator. After that refrigerator maybe got a different new motherboard installed into it instead of having to go to the higher ups again to ask for more money for an all new refrigerator while moving where that refrigerator goes in the being renovated kitchen maybe.

It was a mistake on the writer's part. 1 liter is indeed equal to 4.55 imperial gallons. I assume someone looked up the conversion and said "good enough" not realizing they were using the UK measure for a gallon and not the US measure. Of note, the imperial gallon as a measure of fuel is only used in a few islands down in the Caribbean. Only more reason we should all be using metric already.
We used the imperial system in Canada,not the messed up U.S. style,the conversion is 4.5L to one imperial gallon. Most people probably just assumed that the one gallon in the U.S.A was the same as one gallon on the rest of the planet.
