They don’t do inspections in our state. We are mailed a renewal notice about 6 weeks ago before they’re due and we go online and apply and they mail them to us. So easy but people driving around in real beaters also

Pennsylvania doesn't send any notification to renew your car tags. You have to remember to keep track of it yourself.
We don’t have vehicle inspection here in Michigan. Sounds like a pain
