Can't believe you would actually consider paying almost $2mil for River district. There's a railway there and the river has lots of mosquitoes, it's not even a desirable area of town. For that price might as well buy a house in Westwood Plateau of Coquitlam.

2 million may seem a lot but if you see what you can get on the Westside of Vancouver, this penthouse is a bargain. Plus the walking and bike paths along the Fraser River all the way to Burnaby is priceless as it will entice you to stay healthy.

MoSqUiTOES EVERYWHERE. I'm allergic to mosquitoes so I will never buy here. But if people can live with the smell, bugs, railway, isolation then by all means. It is actually a quant area for a couple.
