Just a quick thing about your Portrait Mode Color Space Suggestion. The Color Space Setting should only apply for the JPEG, but not for the RAW, as you are defining the color space you are working on, in the post production. At least if I am not totally wrong here.
Hello Mark, thank you for this very helpful video. On the Sony a6100 how do you quickly switch to another MR mode given that your shoot mode dial is already on MR. Say, you have selected MR, setting 3 and have been shooting landscapes for awhile. And now you quickly want to go into setting 2. However, you are already in MR. So do you have to quickly move Shoot Mode Dial one step left/right and back to MR? (Alfa 6000 seems to have 1 and 2 on the Shoot Mode Dial)
You can either select MR from the Fn menu or move the dial away from MR and then back to MR. some Alpha cameras have MR on the shoot mode dial and others have up to 3 individual memories - it depends how crowded the shoot mode dial is.
in the action settings I noticed that you have set the S mode for the A6100 and in the video for the a73 / a7r3 you have chosen the A mode. Why the differences? I've set A mode on my A6400 and A73, but actually I'm doing action shots in S mode, because time is more important. Now I'm a bit confused ... whether A or S mode. Or A mode with ISO Auto Min. vs?

That is correct - Color Space only applies to JPEG shooting.

There is no ISO Auto Min SS on the A6100 which prevents A being used for Action/Sports.

Never had the need for something so sophisticated - you can just learn the hyperfocal distance for the focal length and aperture you usually select

All captured on A6000 series cameras but not all on the A6100. All the A6000 series cameras use the same generation of sensor.
