Most of the people have passed away with an unfulfilled ardent desire in their heart, to see their birth place and meet their childhood friends. Punjabi Lehar is attempting to fufil the desire of remaining partition era punjabis, who will be gone in the next five to seven years. My dada sadly passed away 20 years ago, his only wish? To return to his India, this partition destroyed love and families 💔 his Bibi was his Sikh neighbour who used to cook saag for him and was like his mother. There was no difference of caste or religion. My dada was Muslim 💔 I can’t stop crying watching this, so happy and grateful for the hard work in reuniting families. May Allah swt bless 🙏
