Hi! when you mean it's not a quota bag, does it mean it deduct 13-14k from your existing pre-spend but then u still can get the yearly b/k after that, or it don't deduct at all? And does your store reset to 0 your entire pre-spend whenever you get a b/k?

Hi! Yes, you can still get the yearly b/k and my Constance elan was deducted directly from my existing prespend. Prespend do reset to 0 when I get a b/k :)
