Love that coach attitude. He is a technician but before all he knows how to deal with players,he is giving all of them a clean slate,nobody can hide on trial every type and make it very competitive between them. All the players if not perform,have more to loose or even be be sold.Amorim Speak honestly during interview,no favouritism and give credit to his players where it is due. Love what he said about Amad. Understand now how he gets players fight for him. He is also smart on his substitution and courageous of how to evaluate players by giving chance to everybody and still get results. Bravo

Some managers don't know how to evaluate players, even when they're the one who signed him. Fans will always give players time but it was Ten Hag who signed him and then played him as an out and out striker. Additionally, Amorim played him in the same position, in his first game. Zirkzee calls himself a 9.5. Ten Hag had chances to play to his strengths but chose not to. Today, he was allowed to be more creative and, to be fair, he should also have had an assist. Amad was brilliant but he could have done better, from that Zirkzee pass. Bigger tests are still to come. We've played the 19th and 15th placed teams in PL and the 17th in EL, but, at last, it looks as if there is some genuine coaching going on.
