I knitted a crochet stand for a bicolor cat using tweed yarn❁ In addition to crochet needles, the cat can also hold various things such as flowers and ballpoint pens.

はい、chは鎖編みです。
2togは2 togetherの略で、「2目一度」＝減らし目のことだと思います。
dc 2togだと長編みの減らし目
sc 2togだとこま編みの減らし目
