Keep up the great work! I really enjoy watching your content! I have a really unique idea that you could hopefully implement into a or other future KOs. Depending on the game mode chosen for the KO, what if different vehicles were assigned different point values to the leaderboard to add more of a risk/reward aspect to the KO? This would maybe entice more vehicle diversity throughout the entire tournament and would make the last couple of days much more interesting. As stated previously, this is just an idea and if anyone would like me to elaborate further, you can ask you questions in the replies. Good luck to everyone during the rest of this KO series!

Not the case. In that first KO, Spock got absolutely destroyed by MichI right before the finish line on Lap 3, resulting in him getting out. Also on the last turn there were definitely a lot of nanas, Luci just avoided all of them (and had enough of a break where they could go wide). Also, we all know Spock loves being apart of the KO series and is beloved by you guys. It would be incredibly stupid and selfish of us to ruin that for him by teaming.

I popped off after that LC race. GGs. (15:04) Spock and Michael (Michi) are good friends of mine and they decided to go Mach since I was forced to use it.
I didn't even know I wasn't the only Wario in that 2nd KO lmao Also the DS Bowser Castle race was tragic. I thought I was gone with that lap 2 TC in 2nd. And I even did the shortcut at the end against all odds lol. Super close finish! GG's, it was a fun one! Also LOL @ my cannon dodge in first place on DKJP
14:26 you should keep your bonuses to lap 3, this is a shortcut track, your position doesn't matter till lap 3 so there is no point using a bonus to get to first here.
It's something specific to CTGP I think. Instead of the usual thundercloud shrinking the racer, the Mega thundercloud increases a racers size, just like a Mega mushroom would. If that's confusing, look it up on Google or something.

Hopefully this isn't a dumb question, but hopefully someone can help. I've checked the discord resources, but have been having some difficulty is it possible to play in these tournaments on an emulator? If so can someone help or point me in the right direction to set it up? I've been playing Mario Kart Wii via Dolphin ever since my Wii craped out on me, so any help would be appreciated!
the spoiler-y intros kinda kill the suspense for a lot of these races. for example in the first final, we already knew that Troy wasn't gonna win, because we saw him use Yoshi + Mach-Bike in the intro. Even if you skip the intro, oftentimes you catch a glimpse of at least one scene. Apart from that I really enjoy these tournaments.
Yeah agree. We knew he wasn’t going to be off Mach bike until he players all characters in the intro: Daisy, Yoshi and Mario. He only played Mario very late so for half the video you already knew he wasn’t winning.
I miss playing Mario Kart Wii online with others :/ it was so fun back in the good old days... i wish i could buy me a wii nowdays and play again but sadly online doesnt work anymore :/

I never got why people enjoy the flamer runner to be honest. what is so fun about just having a big advantage over anyone that doesnt use one specific combo out of dozens? at least in mk8d you're not that far behind if you dont use the meta combos.
in the intro can you please only show footage from the first round as if you change your combo or the track doesn't show up I know you won't win apart from that great video
Itd be cool if later in the tournament you do a karts only but only for people who have points already. Later in the tournament so there is a good number of people with points.

Unfortunately you have to use CTGP to play in KOs but we will definitely have some emulator fun rooms later, I play on it too sometimes :)
