I was hoping to see it, since hypno's is back it will release in either the official hypno v2 release or a perdition v2 release. It was going to be Hypno's Strangled Red (Dissension) vs Perditions Strangled Red (Strangled).
I know seeing Carmine being controlled like a puppet is really sad but I can't help thinking how funny it would be for the strings to get tangled up after the fast paced sections of the song and Ghost had to untangle it while Red sings
As a glitch pokemon fanatic I cannot express how [strangly] excited I was to see my favorite little "bug:" ゥ .4 in fnf of all places. Not to mention my favorite rendition of Strangled Red + [ GL�⃞ i⃞ f⃞TCHa̶͇̖͉͂̈̓̀͐̎̕̚͜͝ Red. Even surpassing Hypnos Lullaby [even tho that mod is top tier] in my eyes. This mod was made for the Pokemon corruptions and glitch lovers of the world and I adore that.
I think it was the art that sets it over the top for me. The Pixel artists/animators did a magnificent job! Even when there were terrifying setting and events happening during songs, the sprites were beautiful man!
I hope of all pokepastas Fallen Leaf appears. Her story is quite interesting as the creator said it was supposed to be a jab at Nintendo (or maybe Gamefreak) for making only the male red fightable in the sequels while Leaf was never seen in that role. Apparently, the Nintendo president at the time said it was because she threatened people's nostalgia, completely ignoring the people who chose Leaf as their character. It'd be interesting to see how that might be shown, or maybe her interactions with Glitchy Red who has a similar backstory but less severe given the modern Red, despite being different is seen as his successor. It's different from other creepypastas given its message.
I’m pretty sure Red is given more emphasis because he’s the character that the creator came up with, as in, Red is the creator himself. He’s his self insert. Leaf is not. The game has always been about the experiences of the Pokémon creator, he mentions it in an interview with TIME. Red always had the advantage over her since the 90’s considering his longer history as a character. And not just her, but other player characters as well. A large majority of them are forgotten.
In a similar vein, I'd like to see Fire from False Red appear as well, but perhaps as a playable character instead. It's an additional interesting look at the whole "replacement" subject Fallen Leaf and Glitchy Red share.
