Three words for this: DEEP MIND MASSAGE. This is absolutely insane, it literally “massages” your mind into such a deep relaxation, I have tried many different types of relaxation music and binaural beats but none as good as this one. This actually works and calms your mind❤️❤️❤️

OMG! Listen... I'm so so skeptic about things like that! But I came here to find something for my husband, who's aspie. I started to listen to it and I just smiled right away. I never used drugs of any kind, except alcohol, so I never experienced something like this. It just put a big uncontrollable smile on my freaking face. Every time I play it from the start, this happens. I smile, even if I don't want to, later I grin for some seconds then I start to feel relaxed and happy. As far as I know, I'm neurotypical... anyway, that's just pure gold.

I think you already had autism before that. Because it's something that's not a normal. Autism is a thing which people are born with. I think you were just in level 1 aspendar before that and your autism just began to grow. It happened with me to.

    • @sugardustheart
      @sugardustheart ปีที่แล้ว +19

Don't worry, nobody is having the time of their life. Each period in life, is different and has a lot of struggle. Your former classmates are now in a period of extreme show-off and extreme hidden feelings at the same time.
We all struggle, no matter the age. I'm sure you feel like you're missing a lot, but actually they are only experimenting things that are not easy anyway. Even a party for teenagers is a time to have fun but mostly because they need lots of attention and relationships, lots of being seen as flowless, so to hide all the infinite insecurities at that age.
Make sure you are loving yourself, you have few but good friends, make sure you spend time in nature and you are already much ahead of all of them. Because that's the main issue of the teenagers after all: they need to prove themselves they are good, smart, beautiful, funny in the others eyes. But they will soon find out that only matters how you see yourself and you don't need to find out who you are by others opinion about you.

I have been diagnosed adhd for over 20 years. I’m pretty good at keeping the symptoms under control with medication, exercise, eating balanced meals, meditation, yoga, and some other practices I do..
I’ve been using binaural beats and frequencies for a lot of different things, like relaxation, etc.
Going through a tough spot and I am well aware, dealing with some interpersonal issues that’s very distracting and puts me off my focus, and not able to work out as I usually do which plays a huge part in offsetting some of the worst adhd symptoms.
This seems to be helping more than some other focus beats I’ve tried. It helps bring some clarity that can be the difference of night and day in the mind. It’s hard to explain this to people who don’t have adhd. It’s not “feeling high” or whatever nasty thing some people say about adhd, there are legitimate physical aspects in the brain that are difficult to properly do their job, so hence, things like running can help tue brain function with more clarity, this is true for non adhd people, but it’s far more life changing for adhd people. So this beat seems to subtly have a similar effect on waking up the brains parts that are not always awake so to speak.
People who think marijuana helps ADHD also need to stop kidding themselves. That’s another thing I so t loke, people saying adhd isn’t real or that smoking marijuana helps adhd. Some people are not only uneducated but also think they’re doctors. It’s unbelievable.

This is so interesting. I first listened to this with headphones in the middle of a crowded cafe. Because of the background noise (I don't have noise cancelling earphones) I started to get so overstimulated, I had to turn it off because I felt like I was going have a mental explosion. I listened to it again in the silence of my house with my headphones on and the effect was completely different. I felt like my brain wasn't working or had turned off, and to be honest, it scared me at first, but then I started feeling incredibly relaxed. Now, I'm wondering if neurotypical people really feel that "brain-turned-off" feeling often, and that really blows my mind..

My 5 yo son just fell asleep within about 20 seconds of listening :) I have been doing a number of audios with him, he does not wear headphones (haven't even tried, don't think he will be able to tolerate it, he is very sensitive about his ears in particular, as am I, ear buds are actually too painful for me to wear), but I have set up speakers on either side of his bed. When I put this on he smiled, rolled on his back (always a side sleeper), and drifted off to sleep with a lovely smile on his face :) Can the binaural beats work with just the separate speakers, about 18 inches from his ears?

He never shows emotion, but that really hurt him. Now he's having rough days, and no sleep. I want him to see these comments to know he's not alone. He's very depressed. Thanks for commenting

Oh goodness, I hope I can someday get through this. 😍
I couldn't get past 2:27 without needing a break & feeling a little triggered in a GOOD way. My brain gets why this is cool already & I'm so stoked I found this. It's one of those things I felt guilty even doing a search for. Denial of self vs acceptance. Then I read about underdeveloped mirror neurons being common in ASD & thought it was a part of the brain worth playing with to see if I could lose my diagnosis with enough work.
But wow, I didn't expect to really FEEL the spots in my brain that are under-stimulated so fast and so well.
Thank you for this. I'm hoping it'll help me build up to being withstand the medical version when it's an option.

My brain is so still right now I feel like a baby in the womb. I feel like a dog getting scratched on just the right spot. I feel like my brain is getting a massage and strangely my body too. I’m stimming but I’m happy stimming!! I’m doing my happy dance. I’m even doing the stank face as if this was the hardest edm song I’ve ever heard. I have a really hard time eating when i’m stressed out and i just ate with no problem listening to this. I’m suddenly really grateful to be gen z and have this type of help available for free.

I once though the stereo hi-fi surround sound effect was idea for Autistic people. Autistic brains hear stereo sounds differently to the rest of us. The hearing mechanism my only function on a flat mono sound and respond to the world accordingly. What we experience as the fullness of stereo hi-fi surround sound effect can panic and scare an Autistic brian specially if the volume is up a bit. They may not be used to any extended frequency range in the stereo hi-fi either. Ty music from a flat mono source source and see what happens

43 year old woman just diagnosed with autism. Was also diagnosed with ADHD about 20 years ago. My diagnosis is informal (at least at this point), so I'm just working with my psychiatrist and psychotherapist (PhD) to learn and identify areas where i need to learn to better resource myself to reduce distress. I work in a high-intensity environment (law firm) and i'm a secretary so i don't have a cubicle, so it's rife with distractions. Got myself some over-ear headphones and am trying to find the noise/music that works for me to make it easiest for me to concentrate and work. Taking martial arts classes was rough because it was always about being calm an calcuated in your movements.. meanwhile I was always bouncing on my toes, fidgeting or trembling from hyperactivity often leading me into having to run 2 laps everytime I got a set wrong due to hyperness. Needless to say it would be 8-10 laps within the hour and eventually my instructor just dropped and gave up on me.. Apparently my Autism & ADHD made it too difficult 😣(Her words not mine)
