Nope. GTA 5 is the bigger Mount Chilliad. If you take longer to the top, YOU KNOW the mountain is big. If you reach the top in almost no time, the mountain is TOO SMALL. This is assuming you get there at a constant speed upwards.

I THINK DEVS ARE DUMB BCZ IN REAL LIFE MOUNTAINS GRADUALLY BECOME SMALLER AND THE STORYLINE OF SA IS 1992 AND GTA V IS 2013
That's one of the dumbest thing I've heard today. Why would the devs care about in-game aging. For all you know GTA V could've been a different multiverse where mountains are taller. They just wanted to make the Mountain look better.
