You haven’t unlocked where you can change the minutes😂 you can’t trade your own teammates BUT you can go to the “options” tab and influence a trade for someone who plays Kuz position but it won’t work. You’d have to wait until free agency

Once you unlock the option you can ask the GM to trade for another PF and hope they include Kuz in the trade. You can't ask to trade your teammates.
