Hey Lou, how does does construction cost stack up with using CLT compared to framed construction? I assume the labor savings wouldn't outweigh the material cost but you're obviously getting a different end result with the CLT.
Unfortunately it's hard to provide you with a clear cost comparison as the project was always designed as a CLT house and we never had the chance to price it comparably to standard frame construction. However, we can say it was about $20k in labour to install and tune up plus almost $20k in crane hire and traffic control etc. Sorry I can't help answer your question a little better...
