New Video :) .... How to find the best youth academy players in FIFA 21 Career Mode!!! Thanks for your support, please don't forget to support the video with a LIKE :)
@JoseManu u can keep them in the academy but u can’t keep them on balanced u have to put them through development plans an training new positions they will still grow as fast as releasing them to the first team
In my career I got: Daniel Berg 16 years old 3.800.000 million 75-94 potential 68 rating position:CM I trained him to CDM and CAM. I am in the year 2026 and he is a beast, he has a 90 rating and scored 30 goals in PL. In the CL he scored 7 goals. He is the captain of my team(Leeds)
Changing their position to one that seems correct boosts their overall massively. I had a 63 rated LB with great defensive stats but bad attacking output such as crossing and acceleration. So I converted him to a CB and he jumped straight to 70 rated after the two weeks to train him. He is now 85 rated with 92 pace, 89 defending and 95 physical after four seasons
A good tip: Italy’s youth is jam packed with amazing goalkeepers! Hire a 5/5 rated scout, send the guy to pizza-land, and he will most likely get you a 65+ rated goalie relatively quickly. In one of my batches, two out of four players were 66-68 rated. One of them is now the best goalie on the save, rated 94!
Yeah, on fifa 20 I got an Italian goalkeeper worth about 1 mil with 82-94 potential. He was a goalkeeping beast, kept 17 clean sheets. Unfortunately his release clause that I forgot he had got paid and now he is at Real Madrid.
Jeez, this has really helped my confidence and understanding In the youth academy and am sure to utilise this more in my English league one and two career modes
If you take a look at what I think was something ea released about best countries to scout, Brazil and Argentina are the two best countries for scouting high overall high potential players
@@ashton1985 well that’s from scouting, you’ll find good players anywhere with a 5 star 5 star, but the likelihood of finding 60+ rating 90+ potential is most common with Brazil and Argentina, well that’s what I saw anyways
I got in the beginning of the season a player from Venezuela. 15 years old, not to high value but potential between 88 and 94 so that is really good. He right now is a 62 rated player and i have yet to promote him so i am hyped. he is a right wing who can play on cm, with 5*skills and 5*weak foot while not even being trained that much. I am so happy it is insane
Another tip is to not send your scouts all on the same day, that way your odds of getting top players in each report will increase. Space out the days that your scouts come, not by just 1 day though. I'll have at least 2 days apart between each report so that nothing funny happens with the simulation. I'll have my scouts sent out on the 3rd, 5th and 7th days of the month. Hope this helps anyone who reads it!
I got a beast Charlie Rose I think he was £1.1 million Potential I know was 84-94 He was 65 overall Three years later in championship (I'm with Salford City) he's 87
@@croccroc4000 oh lol, I had a beast Ben hamilton, Scottish LW, in one of my Notts county career mode saves, he grew up to an 92 and then I sold him, like i felt he was too egoistic and all (just for story lines lol).
I had a wonder kid called Carlos Campos from Argentina, when I scouted him he was 15 with a 66 rating CF I developed him as a RW which boosted him to a 70 and when he was 16 he went straight into my first team. At 19 he is now 90 rated......he is like 6 foot as well
Important tip : don’t ignore the players who have a low rate but a high potential,, sign them then loan them for 1 year immediately, they will grow fast then they will be useful
I once sent a scout to Saudi Arabia he got me a guy 77 rated with potential of 84-94 and he was 18 years old that never happens to me again no matter how hard i tried i never get such a good player
I had a beast Ben hamilton, Scottish LW, in one of my Notts county career mode saves, he grew up to an 92 and then I sold him, like i felt he was too egoistic and all (just for story lines lol).
I don't think value matters so much. Different positions have different values. A 63 rated Central defender can cost less than a 60 rated Left Midfielder. And Age is important too, someone who is 58 at 15 maybe doesn't have 1 million of value, but once he goes 16 and grows some, he can be 63 in one year.
In my Liverpool Career mode i got Yanis Jacquet France 17 years old 5 mil 70 rated 87-94 potential Position: LW, LM, ST, In the year 2026 he is the captain of my team, 94 rated, top goalscorer with 18 goals, has won euro 2024 with France after beating Sweden (which i was manager for) in the finals, and has won two ballon d'ors. A real dream player.
I got this Italian 16 year old CF who was 63 Ovr put him in the team played him a couple times as a sub got an assist switched his position from CF to RW and he is now 74 in like 4 months, +11 can't believe it, but whats weird is it only says showing great potential so gonna loan him i guess also i don't even mind using him in game his long pass, pace and dribbling are all in the mid 80s
This Is the method I use when scouting. But I never stack my scouts on the same day. That way you can get a very high rated use Academy player every month
I have in my career man Utd team portuegese Carlos Esteves. I play legendary leve btw. He is 22 and 94 overall. His position is CAM. 5 stars skills was one of his standards. My ST is Kylian Vanneste he is 21 and 90 overall. Best striker in PL and CL. My 3rd top player is Cevallos from Argentina who is 22 and 88 overall. 5 stars skills was his standard.
IDK Why but I recommend sending your scouts to USA, Italy and Japan, In my Youth squad career mode I found multiple 60 rated players from Italy and multiple 58s from USA and Japan had the most talent wonderkids at at lower overall between 46-60 but that's just me, I've tried it on many other fifa's and career modes and it seems to bring me the most talented ones.
If u send our scout for 9 months you don’t need to cancel your save all the time. It’s random to what you get. You could get extremely lucky cause one player I got was 18 years old and he was already 74 rated. When I saw that his value was 13 million I was shocked
In my Career I got: Karl Jansen 17 Years old I don't know how much he costed. 85-94 74 Rated as CM | 75 Rated as CAM Position: CM/CAM I literally got him like that, probably one of the best youth talents ever
I get decent youth academy players but if your at a top premiership club the players never make it but if your at a low league club your youth academy players can become mint because you can give them game time
My preferred tactic is minimum of 65 overall and then I send them on a 1 year loan, they come back next season all 70+ rating provided they got game time at the loaned club
In my career I got. Davide Romano Italy 🇮🇹 Potential-92-94 16 years old OVR=66 3 seasons later= 19 years old Italy 🇮🇹 of course 94 OVR LW/CAM. 200 million value 🤩 I Tend to play him cam as it gets him more goals and assists.
I had a dude from sweden with 92-94 potential and was rated 73 at the beginning but my ps4 crashed and all my data was gone so I had to start a new career
You told at the very beginning that there is no country with the best players. While that may be right, it is true that certain countries have a higher chance of producing good players of a certain type then others.
@@eastonw2431 Yes, for example Brazil, Argentinia have a 15% chance of producing a "Platinum Player", a player with a 75-94 potential. They have the highest chances, however you will be more likely to find a good center mid in Germany or France. If you want to know anything special just ask me :)

so the question is, when you promote your youth academy player into 1st team, do you need to play them or leave them on the bench to get faster grow? i usually sign youth players to my team and then loan them out is that ok?
Players grow well when loaned out, however all my players return with a decreased potential. The loan glitch doesn't even help because even if you recall them to ensure their potential hasn't dropped, as soon as you advance to the next season where the dynamic potential kicks in, they all drop. It's completely ruining the game as I basically now have a full team of young players with potential below 80, they were all at least exciting prospects when I promoted them to the senior team...
I literally got a 16 year old that has like 91+ potential using a 1 star scout 😂 Guess at the end of the day you'll always find one anyway with or without this method. 5 seasons in he's 93 rated and can play cb/cdm/cam/lm/rm
0.18 actually that isn’t true players with an overall of above 57 are worth keeping, some of my best youth products were under 60 and went on to become +90 rated players
In my Nordsjaelland save Bolivia sucks. I'm their coach so I wanted to make them stronger. Unfortunately, after 9 months the most expensive player was 300k
In my career I got Alessandro Branco CF from Brazil 5,000,000 70 Overal He had some dribbling stats in the 80s already Potential 88 I think could be 94 He was able to fit right in to my build a club mls team and now about 1 and a half seasons in is 77 and crazy good
Hey man hopefully you'll respond. In FIFA 18-20 I could train specific youth players to achieve their potential within 3-4 seasons. Now with the new training system it seems like it takes way longer for them to grow? Am I doing something wrong?
You have to play them, I had a couple of 90 potential youth players that I didn't train and had no match sharpness/ hardly any game time and their potentials went down each season.
the 60-84 was worth 1m+ then instantly went to mid 70s range, is his value still high due to dynamic player potential and hes young? im trying to understand why mid 70s potential is worth so much. someone pls explain thx
mariogotze11 I’m actually playing on FIFA 19 still unfortunately. I actually found the player with a 2 star - 3 star scout so i was really lucky, there should be some videos on TH-cam detailing what training plans to put wonderkids on
i might be extremly lucky but i found a gk worth 3.4 i was so happy i think he was around 70 overall already im still waiting until he is unsetteled to let him out
I don’t think so. Never happened to me. The highest rating of one of my youth players was a 75. Then I got an e-mail that this player wants to be in the first team, otherwise he would have left.
No.. Maybe in future.. But not now.. I have played numerous fifas.. From 11 to 20.. Lots of mangers mode.. But I best I got was in fifa 16.. Alavers from Spain.. 16 Yr old with 77 starting CM .. His potential was 92-94..though a start he just grew +3..but at the age 22 he was 92.. Eventually I sold him to Psg for 120-130m.. After 3 seasons I checked he was 96..dont know how it happened..
I mean the value helps but you signed a guy with a Potential of 84 just because his value was high, i do a different method that has worked wonders for me, i only sign if the Potential reaches 75-94 & they're 15-16 years old if not they're out of my list, this makes me get Only beasts, your method looks like it works but it doesn't because the value increases just cuz they have high overalls already
I have 15 year olds worth 1.5m but by the time they get to 17 or 18 they lose the "exciting prospect" "great potential" descirptions. Does that mean they will never reach that potential?

It's completely ruining the game as I basically now have a full team of young players with potential below 80, they were all at least exciting prospects when I promoted them to the senior team...
@@danielodonoghue9487 same..
So do I have to exit career mode every time if I don’t find a player worth at least 1 million?
No just keep scouting
I have Got junior with 67-81 overoll and potencial 83-94
I used a player who had only 72 Potential but in 4 seasons the beast is now 87 Cortez 😍
I literally got a 16 year old that has like 91+ potential using a 1 star scout 😂 Guess at the end of the day you'll always find one anyway with or without this method. 5 seasons in he's 93 rated and can play cb/cdm/cam/lm/rm
Norway is great for ST/CF. Had 2 97 ST and CF at same time
what if i cant get them any minutes? do I send on loan?
Yes
One time I got a youth academy player over to 58-81 overall rating, turns out he was 68 rated.
Good vid!!
0.18 actually that isn’t true players with an overall of above 57 are worth keeping, some of my best youth products were under 60 and went on to become +90 rated players
I got a German RM in my Schalke CM
4.8 Million
17 years old 79-94 potential
He's going straight into my team
I found a 67 rated with 76-94 potential before Fifa 22 came out he played with Brentford for 4 seasons and got up to 89 rated
20 years old
Yessss Super city love the team :)
In my Nordsjaelland save Bolivia sucks. I'm their coach so I wanted to make them stronger. Unfortunately, after 9 months the most expensive player was 300k
If you have a scout report, is it better to scout further or reject them all?
In my career I got
Alessandro Branco
CF from Brazil
5,000,000
70 Overal
He had some dribbling stats in the 80s already
Potential 88 I think could be 94
He was able to fit right in to my build a club mls team and now about 1 and a half seasons in is 77 and crazy good
I can't believe but i found a 77 rating (Pot:94) left wing player from my Youth Academy. His worth is 26.5 millions Euro.
No way
@@user-yo7br5wb2z i can upload the photo link if you want :)

Why only eight people who are worth million plus you had a guy with 94 potential and you declined him
the 60-84 was worth 1m+ then instantly went to mid 70s range, is his value still high due to dynamic player potential and hes young? im trying to understand why mid 70s potential is worth so much. someone pls explain thx
In my career I got
Oussoyou Sene🇸🇳
I’m in 6th season and now he’s 84 rated with 89-84 potential
*94 not 84 sorry guys
I have just one player from my youth above 90, just my goalkeeper 🇩🇪. The Messi regen is at 88 🇦🇷 and my youth CB Hancke 🇸🇮 has an 87 rating.
I've got two scouts that are 5/5 and they bring back players with 300k value at MOST
Got a player worth 5 million
17 years
What country
i got a 15 year old portuguese goalkeeper to 70 in the acadamy!! He is 80 rated now is only 16!
What tipe of training you put him on?
mariogotze11 I’m actually playing on FIFA 19 still unfortunately. I actually found the player with a 2 star - 3 star scout so i was really lucky, there should be some videos on TH-cam detailing what training plans to put wonderkids on
i might be extremly lucky but i found a gk worth 3.4 i was so happy i think he was around 70 overall already im still waiting until he is unsetteled to let him out
If I have the currency in GBP, I should look for slightly lower value?
Tere TO yes, should be around 800k
@@j0semanu46 thanks for the tip
Thanks boss
I got
Emilio Guerrero
🇪🇸 🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸
16 yrs, 84-94 pot
By 2027 he was 99 rated
Do you want me to come up with a chant for him? I just need the club he plays for.
@@jsahgafgssfvgbgashjsajnsa yeah that would be cool,
He plays for Barcelona

He don't stop for nothing
He is the GOAT
Is it possible to have a youthplayer that starts at 80+ ovr or even 90?
I don’t think so. Never happened to me. The highest rating of one of my youth players was a 75. Then I got an e-mail that this player wants to be in the first team, otherwise he would have left.
No.. Maybe in future.. But not now.. I have played numerous fifas.. From 11 to 20.. Lots of mangers mode.. But I best I got was in fifa 16.. Alavers from Spain.. 16 Yr old with 77 starting CM
.. His potential was 92-94..though a start he just grew +3..but at the age 22 he was 92.. Eventually I sold him to Psg for 120-130m.. After 3 seasons I checked he was 96..dont know how it happened..
I got a player that was 77 ovr and had a potential 80-94
@Matias Gonzalez I pretty sure he was Italian
I’m doing a Southend united RTG, currently have 4 million, should I get a great scout, 3 decent ones, or none and just use the transfer market?
3 decent
Scouting is very important. You should get 3 5* 5* scouts.
Someone pls answer this!
