Most PLL based conventional 40 channel CB radios (using 10 kHz channel steps) can be updated with this kit which allow control as any amateur radio would, from 1 MHz steps down to 10 Hz increments.
Also has 10 memories (easily expandable) for favorite frequencies / channels to be stored for quick access.
