Personally I love diamonds with strong fl as long as they are VS1 or higher in clarity and D in color, then the fluorescence gives them extra shine and makes the diamond appear more colorless. I think it is similar to for instance washing powder for white clothes where they ad a very small amount of blue to the powder, this makes the white clothes appear more white. Painters do the same thing with white paint for the ceiling, they ad a tiny drop of blue paint to the white paint. This will create an illlusion of an extra white ceiling and makes a room appear higher then it is.
Glad these knowledge sessions are still going. Love these, so informative!
This chanel is the one to watch! Love it
Love these as a student!

Gracias fue genial este seminario durante la pandemia ! Was very usefull this webnair, Thank’s ❤
Excellent video. Spectroscopy had evolved greatly in gemology & metal (gold specifically) purity (x-ray) recently. Bravo!
What about the strong yellow fluorescence effect in Type Ia 480nm orange diamonds? It seems to be a positive thing coz it makes it look more orange?
Fascinating webinar- can not believe I have not watched this one before. #timetofluoresce
Excellent information ❤
I enjoyed this subject. Thank you
