✔️ Ingredients and Recipe
▪️Pompano Fish - 4x
( I will cook only 2 in this video )
▪️ Salt - 2 Tsp
▪️ Sugar - 2 Tsp
▪️ MSG is optional - I put 1/2 Tsp
▪️ Pepper - 1/2 Tsp
✨ if you only want to make 2 fishes, cut salt sugar and pepper in half
▪️ Glass Noodles- 1 package
▪️ Ginger - 100g
▪️ Green Onion - 2x
▪️ Onion - 1x
▪️ Salt Soy Bean - 2 Tbsp
▪️ Fish Sauce - 1 Tbsp
▪️ Sugar - 1 Tbsp
▪️ Chicken Powder - 1 Tsp
▪️ Water - 1 Cup ( 240ML)

There is scales for that fish, if you use the papaya scraper to scrape off you will see their tiny scales.

Hi : sis (Ly) Pompano fish Khmer called (trey chab), it does has scall but very small, i did used fermented soy bean a lot, but i don't use the fish sauce, because it dabble salt, You can use fish soup block from Viet Name it has every thing in it, in stead use fish sauce u s a 👍👍🙏🙏🙏.
