That Saz was probably the most unlikeable character in the whole show - even the racist Daryl and that spice boy Matt Townsend were slightly more tolerable than her

Probably just below average due Mark's extreme loneliness.
Jez has paid 6% of the rent due to Mark but has had it written off in the main because Jez is a surprisingly good house keeper.
Jez does the washing up and vacuuming and cleans the bathroom.
