So now it actually seems that you can go to the penthouse using just the stairs, which is nice! In legacy, that definitely wasn't the case. Always annoyed me, as that was my base and couldn't really use a whole floor of it haha

Where do you find / make a recycler or get raw metal? I’m trying to make a workbench and recycler but can’t find any raw metal at all.
Hit the vehicles or go to delta world and salvage the metal containers or the warehouse racks!
