I hate to ask but what change would you make to thus deck to make it cheaper to make?
I bought all the gate guardian cards to do this deck, when I was a kid I really wanted to get all the gate guardian cards but I wasn't able to do so because not enough money or good cards to trade with the dude. But now I can take my revenge 😁
I saw that we will get new cards based on Weevil Underwood and Rex Raptor. I'm hoping to build a lot of decks based on the characters of the series. They have a lot of good ideas lately

Or the Venom snake archetype. As a fan of snakes I've been wanting them to add more support for that small archetype.

Gate Guardian has always been my favorite monster in the game, and seeing it get such insane support made me giddy. Seeing it put together made me absolutely smile.
"Don't make a deck based on the Paradox Brothers", he said.
Well, now I have a reason.
I wish there weren't so many generic extra deck monsters. It incentivizes everyone to play the best cards in the game, rather than the cards that best fit the deck's archetype or theme.

While true, this deck usually would prefer going into its own fusions to complement them with something like Double Attack Wind and Thunder
Which is part of the lore in the manga and anime, you literally have people getting into Waffle House fights over the likes of Blue-Eyes White Dragon, Stardust Dragon, and pretty much every Number.
Can we take a moment and appreciate the new card art?!? The new support looks dope!
What about using burial from a different dimension to reshuffle the banished gate guardian pieces and summon another combined??
I’m pre building the deck for when it’s released in master duel but this is one of the few decks I want to build in real life too
Prisma, fusion deployment are good additions to search for gate guardian pieces
Fordidden chalice to counter enemy boss monsters while also being okay to discard any pieces from your hand
The fact these are contact fusions and the ultimate boss monster can be summoned if the pieces are anywhere in the in the hand, field or GY
The other big factor is the fusions only require the names, not the fact the pieces need to be in the monster zone, so having them in the spell/trap zone can be a plus if you don’t keep them there for long so your opponent can’t destroy them
But if they go to gy, just more resources. They don’t become useless
It’s not a tier 0 or even 1 deck but it’s a fun deck that’s still viable.

Decklist is dope, but I'm not ready to drop 75 for 3 Magician's Souls. Time to find a pure build.
One of the guys at my locals is going to pick up this deck. So excited to see how it does.
Best thing about this deck is that the core is picked up for what...$10 to $15? I've filled in 2 different builds, 1 branded and 1 naturia. Both are kinda funny and a blast to play
I think they should have added “This card is always treated as a Gate Guardian monster” to Sanga, Suijin and Kazejin, and Double Attack! should have said “Gate Guardian monster” instead of “Gate Guadian in its original name”. Would have gave the deck crazy OTK potential.
Already has pretty good otk potential. Swinging with a 6k+ dude is uh...how to say this...painful no matter how you spin jt
Personally prefer Fusion Conscription to Deployment because you almost never summon the fusion material pieces anyway, so the restrictions don't matter and it doesn't lock you out of your non-Fusion Extra Deck.

people remember gate guardian i’m building this right now. gate guardian was one of the coolest deck in the og yugioh
i just love that this archetype exists, and the in-theme spells/traps all work cohesively well with the monsters
As a veteran who has been playing this game since Metal Raiders was released. I'm glad to see these old cards made playable now with their own support. Brings back true nostalgia in so many ways to old school players like myself.
Also the effects are based on how Para and Dox played them in their duel, it's awesome 🔥

The only thing o would have to say is maybe playing a copy or two of tcboo because most cards in the deck are different types and you will usually not have many monsters on the feild. Just a suggestion sorry

Return all 3 materials back to the GY to instantly summon another Gate Guardian fusion. A 1 card fusion play seems strong.

So I think instead of running all those link and XYZ monsters, you should just run branded fusion. You’re going to be locking yourself into fusion monsters anyways with deployment after all.
I really like your main deck choices but I like playing fusion conscription and foolish burial goods to dump the quick play or the trap to search
I think they need to do panik next it would be cool to see a retrain of pumpking and then I would love to see more arcana force cards

honestly this new gate cards are amazing their main problem is because their big negate is is only for targeted effects it just does not work vs most decks
It's actually really good. It can block cards like impermanence, veiler, lance, and stuff like that.

It's not too terribly difficult to get the tri-target negate with the double spell/trap negate. But realistically, you should be swinging for game at that point

Where can I get these. I don't have any decks and I think this might be the one I want. It's either this toon, mako tsunami deck, Lair of darkness, or a zombie deck. Don't know what's easier to make tho.
This is very easy to make, I'd recommend TCGplayer for singles or go to a locals and get booster boxes to build this. These cards came mostly from maze of memories.
Out of all those options, I'd go with Gate Guardian. The core is dirt cheap

OK I have one question. I've seen like 5 deck reviews of the Gate Guardian so far. But no one is running Burial From A Different Dimension, I ask you why? Sure it's unsearchable, and I'm sure 3 would be needed to increase the chances of having it when it's needed. But people come on, you go into the first fusion by banishing the materials from your hand, field, and or graveyard. Burial would take those 3 banished pieces, put them back in the graveyard and then you can summon ANOTHER one in the same turn with little to NO effort on your end.
That's because it's not hard to recycle the segments with Wall Tank and Labyrinth Wall Shadow, and by the time Burial would come up, you are in a winning position already
Can you plz try a small world version of this I've been testing and we might have options for different engines with it

As much as you're excited for the gate guardian archetype, I am more excited for what we have coming for dinosaurs. Just recently announced in the OCG, Two-Headed King Rex is getting its own support. We have a new monster that rivals that of ultimate conductor tyranno. It is going to be insane!

@@DarkArmedDuelist I just hope with that, in the new Transcendrakes archetype will rid of the Scrap package. I tried Scrap, but wasn't a fan of it. I'm not one of those 10 minutes long combo players. If anything, it should now make the deck of more aggro than combo. We'll see what happens. Lots of good stuff coming!

@@autobotstarscream765 I guess you can say it was a bit combo when we had Misc at 3, before Scrap. But it wasnt like a deck that spams itself to the field. When I said combo before, its those spammer combo decks that I think of. Takes 10+ mins for a single turn.
even with the support Gate Guardian is still junk nice to see how you'd build the deck though something for me to copy to Nexus and screw around with

Major goal of this deck:
Get the pieces or gate guardian to your hand and/or gy as soon as possible
Control your opponent with the smaller pieces and beat them down with the more powerful guardians
I see this deck as a mix of control and beat down
Control also comes from its field spell
About half of it's S/T lineup is based on control, including both the field spell and the quick quickplay spell. Toss in a couple feather duster to help clean up backrow just in case you need it.

Yes!! I miss Yubel. I remember she used to seem so OP being able to destroy the field every turn. But that's just not as good in modern Yu-Gi-Oh. Too many cards protect themselves or benefit from being destroyed. Definitely needs new support.

Burial from a different dimension. Quick play spell that returns 3 monsters from banished to gy. It’s a free combined summon, I’m making this deck for fun and it’s a gem
Essentially allowing you do double up on fusions in a pinch. Not a bad call, especially if you pop them in over the Illusion of Chaos and Preparation, which seem like a bit too much of a stretch.

What old archetype that need to get need support? For me Koaki Meiru, LVLs, Venoms, Monarchs, Flower Cardians, Cloudians and Fabled.
Hell yeah Venom! I really like Reptile decks, but the still suck, unfortunately.
I agree with the Venom and Cloudian archetype and maybe LVL monsters but the rest are already annoying as they are. Lol. Some REAL Summoned Skull support would be cool.

I wanted to make this deck but almost every version runs Magicians' Souls and Illusion; I'm not about to dump $100+ for a meme deck
I mean, they aren't 100% necessary, just really good tech. The deck has tons of ways to search the pieces anyway, and if nothing else, a copy of foolish burial is still viable.
