My Solis Zero, unfortunately, was mistakenly run too long and the ground overfilled and backed up into the grinder. I cannot find any directions or guidance on unclogging or disassembling the grinder. I’ve been able to open the path between the grinder chamber and the capture bin, but it still clogs quickly. Help!! Only two months old machine.
Hi guys! I just received this from your store and wanted to ask what coarse ring setting and timer setting would you use for light roast (mostly single-origin Ethiopia or Panama) , brew coffee? Normally 10-12 ounce cups. Thank you!
The timer knob on my grinder is VERY easy to move, thus VERY easy to accidentally move off of your setting. After one accidentally LONG grind, I taped the knob in place, so it won't accidentally get moved again.
Can someone tell me what setting they would suggest for drip coffee? Also the manual says 69 grams of coffee for a 40 oz pot, is that weight after I grind or before? Sorry I’m new
I bought this grinder about 2 years ago and it has became so frustrating to use, i gave up coffee at home for almost a year. The issue is that when grinding dark roast beans for moka pot or french press (not fine espresso grind at all) it continually became clogged. i would have to disassemble and clean it out after EVERY USE. Even my old $50 Cuisinart didn't have that issue. Blech. Plus the timer setting dial is so easy to accidentally move, overall, for my needs, this grinder is just terrible.

Wow, I didn’t think it was possible to make a time-based grind any more useless but somehow Solis was able to pull it off…lol.

Why would you buy this over a baratza?
